History

One of two Aeternumese overseas colonies that was founded in the late 1950s that maintained communication and trade only with Aeternum. The agreement between Aeternum and Andvari was a 50 year "lease" which, upon completion, would result in Andvari obtaining independence. Even after Aeternum cut communication with most nations, the Aeternumese government maintained communication with the Andvari colony and released them into independence in 2018.
