KING DAVID BIOGRAPHY TO "DISH DIRT"

In East Moreland tradition dictates that a monarch appoint an official biographer who is tasked with writing an official biography of the monarch and their reign, however a former assistant to the King's Biographer, Professor Maddie Howard, has written her own and claims it will be eye opening. The 24 year old Ellie March was a student of Professor Howard who was employed as a researcher and archivist but left the official team in order to write her own biography. She has spoken with a large number of people who have had contact with the King including ex-girlfriends, former military companions and members of household staff.

Early previews of the biography have been well received by critics, one of whom said, "King David has carefully attempted to craft himself a persona of a man who is a traditionalist, this work will show that merely a front for a man who is at times mentally unstable and a little naive. It is a fascinating insight into one of Mundus' most influential monarchs." The book will reveal details of the Kings sheltered upbringing as well as his formative years at University and in the military. The King has always been unwilling to discuss his military service at length but this book has spoken to several ex-comrades including some who served with the King during the refugee crisis in Mavrosia, the last time he deployed on active duty.  One of the key sources for the book was Erin Osman who has also revealed many details about the Kings marriage to her sister Matilda Osman, it is not yet known what the former Queen's reactions will be.

Advanced copies of the book have done well and it is likely to do even better once it goes on general sale. Professor Howard has however criticised the book saying, "Many of those quoted in the book are not people who know the King well and it is likely they have been paid for stories and therefore exaggerated the Kings and their own relations." It is also worth noting that the King has been seen dating Professor Howard in recent weeks with the two getting cosy at a recent 2Cellos gig.

LEONARD WITH RENT BOY AS PEOPLE KILLED IN TERROR ATTACK!

Gossip Daily can exclusively reveal that King Leonard of Vaguzia's lack of a response to the Chapterhouse school attack. As children burned to death and parents were left in despair waiting for news the King was too busy fooling about in a bar with some cheap prostitute he had more than likely picked up off the streets of Vaguzia's many shady parts.

The claim have ignited anger among the Vaguzian public because many feel like the King is too busy swanning about with young men to care for the well being of his people. "Okay he has a life and I won't judge on that but when children are DYING and he's too busy messing about with some man whore then something has to be done because this is simply unacceptable behavior of a Monarch" said one woman we spoke to on the streets of Flumon.

The news has also got us at Gossip Daily wondering when the King will finally come clean and tell the world he is gay. As the evidence builds that day is inevitable and eventually the King's lies will catch up with him.

Problems have arisen within the Arcalcassë Palace! Is Arda Tuluva's empress losing her grip on the Mandate? Many think so. As the old Arda Tuluvan saying about the Empress goes "Disharmony in the home, disharmony in the nation." Gossip Daily has the exclusive of the troubles gripping Arda Tuluva's ruling Dynasty.

Rumors have circulated among Arda Tuluva's ruling elite that the Virtuous Consort has not been seen in the Arcalcassë Palace from weeks as a picture of Aranince, the Virtuous Consort, has been seen of him in Lodja!

Computer facial recognition software confirm that that is in fact the Virtuous Consort strolling around the Isle of Tar, Lodja. He isn't wearing the traditional robes that Arda Tuluvans are so fond of, he's in modern clothes! This comes just days before the the Arcalcassë Palace released an official statement, saying:

"His Imperial Highness, the Virtuous Consort - ever pious and mindful, a filial son and loyal servant - has entered into solitude for a period of reflection and contemplation. Blessings answer fortune. May his ancestors watch over him."

Zhou Jielun, an expert on Arda Tuluvan culture and professor of history at Heimai University, corresponded with Gossip Daily, "Reflection and contemplation is a well known Arda Tuluvan locution that generally has but two meanings." He wrote in an email to Gossip daily, "One: an Arda Tuluvan is politely declining an invitation. Two: said person has made a grave transgression." Mr. Zhou explained that by the Arcalcassë publicly issuing the statement it must be the ladder reason.

Jacqueline Fine, Gossip Daily's astrologer and numerologist, speaks of the importance of timing in relation to certain Celestial bodies. As Arda Tuluvans are extremely superstitious the Virtuous Consort had gone into isolation during the Celestial month of Hlorëapimpe. "[The Consort's] sign falls under Nénelindo which is exalted by Hlorëapimpe." Ms. Fine told Gossip Daily that the extremely superstitious Arda Tuluvans find importance in the smallest of events, times, and places. By the Virtuous Consort taking his "period of reflection and contemplation" during this month it goes to show the seriousness of his error.

Mr. Zhou also wrote, "Now, to a foreigner these small nuances might seem insignificant, trivial beyond belief. But, to the Arda Tuluvans this is, in fact, monumental. Dynasties have been brought to the brink of collapse from sovereigns' inability to maintain ritual and regulations. Among [the Arda Tuluvans] it is commonly thought that if the Empress cannot keep her own household in line, how is she to keep the nation in line? It will be interesting to see how this develops in the future."

Our own expert on Arda Tuluva at Gossip Daily said that while the Mandate of Heaven (Arda Tuluvan ideology giving their sovereign the right to rule absolute) seems to be firmly in the Tercene Dynasty's hands it could just as easily slip away. HAS MORELAND MONARCH BROUGHT LODJAIN ESCAPE PAD

A source in the Lodjain land registery has today confirmed that it is likely the King of East Moreland has purchased a luxury villa on the island of Grand Alucard. The island was the recent host of the MCUR Conference and is also the home of Iskor the city in which the Lodjain Queen, Klara II was born. The purchase came to light after the $3,000,000 two bedroom villa on the coast, just 2km from the island nobilies Pelagiya Estate, was registered with the Royal Ironside Consortium, a organisation that manages the East Moreland royal families private financial affairs. It is estimated that RIC is currently managing around $30million worth of private property globally with some being a variety of residential and small commercial properties.

The purchase has brought the fiercly royal loving fans of Lodja onto social media to offer a welcome to the Morelander monarch who is held in high regard by the Lodjain people after forming a close bond with Queen Viktoria. It has lead some to believe that the two monarchs had formed some kind of romantic relationship and that King David may have brought the property to be close to the new Queen whom according to the Sessifet faith will retain parts of Viktoria's personna. Others however believe that the King may be connected to Duchess Anuoshka Pelagiya, a woman who Lodjain high society have talked about taking a 2nd husband in the near future. The King was seen dancing with her at his sister Princess Freya's wedding and socialising at the coronation of Queen Klara.

The King's newest neighbour is around 1km away and is Lady Rosa Nadakaski, the 72 year old Health Spa chain owner. She was reported to have said, "I'm looking forward to welcoming the King to his new get away, he'll be made very welcome and it just shows Duchess Anuoshka has excellent taste in men." King David was asked for comment however his press secretary refused to comment.

KING DAVID'S LODJAIN LOVE CLAIMS ERIN OSMAN

Following the traditional Northfort celebrations for the Festival of Greenflowers the King's former Sister in Law broke a palace silence surrounding the King's current love life. The news comes after King David has been connected with a host of eligible women, including Erin Osman his own former sister in law. The 26 year old socialite and youngest daughter of Lord Lucas Osman, founder of OsmanTech, was present at the Ironside family garden party. "Its something the royals have always thrown, I remember going even as a child but then we never really had access to the Ironsides, just a chance to enjoy the BBQ in the grounds. Now its different of course, its a special day for the country and we want to share it with my niece Princess Rhiannon. It's nice David lets Matilda come so that she doesn't miss out on these special occasions with her daughter."

This year however Erin explained it was a more difficult time than previous years, "Clearly Matilda also had Oliver with her and he needs round the clock attention. She's got the support of all of us Osman's and even David helped out when he could bare to be parted from his latest love." The King has been urged by some, including religious rebel Jinny Denman, to remarry and have more children, however Denman wants these to be the offspring of a marriage with a significant Morelander noblewoman. This has seen her criticise the King as he has been seen with commoners such as athlete Daisy Greechan, artist Jocelyn Hopkins, his former Professor Maddy Howard and has according to Erin Osman even made passes at her, all women without noble ancestory beyond a generation if at all. Erin went on to say though, "The King couldn't keep his eyes of this Lodjian Lady in Waiting, Stasya her name is. Its clear that he and her are secretly an item, you can just tell from little looks. I'm sure I even saw them holding hands at one point. Its not just me who thinks it my niece Rhiannon also has spoken of her and the King having "sleep overs" and all us adults know what that means.

Stasya Pelagiya is the eldest daughter of Lord Tobias Pelagiya, a wealthy Lodjain nobleman recently appointed as Envoy to Alba Karinya, she is also one of four Ladies in Waiting to Queen Klara of Lodja, a role understood to be very prestigious in Lodjain society. She is also a direct descendent of Queen Elena Pelagiya, Queen of Lodja between 1759-1810 as well as Queen Dunya Pelagiya who ruled Lodja between 1610-1631. While this relationship would seem to please Denman and her supporters it is known that all the Ladies in Waiting are worshipers of the human/God hybrid known as Sessifet, the traditional diety of Lodja and therefore Lady Stasya is unlikely to be thought of as fitting wife material.

The Palace refused to comment on the situation instead saying "The Pelagiya family were guests of the King at the Greenflowers Festival BBQ, just as many ambassadors and their families were. The King enjoyed the company of all in attendance at what was a great day of celebration."

KING DAVID'S SEAFORTHIAN LOVE NEST

With rumours of King David having a relationship with a Lodjain Lady in Waiting having been started by Erin Osman a few weeks ago it seems the rumour may be true. This weekend King David, who has named as Baron of Hearthstone by King Andrew of Seaforth, was seen visiting his new property and in the afternoon was spotted about town heading into an exclusive restaurant. The King was seen chatting with locals and had a laptop tucked under his arm as he made his way inside perhaps for a working lunch to keep up with developments back home in East Moreland. However 20 minutes later Lady Stasya Pelagiya, Lady in Waiting to Queen Klara II of Lodja, arrived at the same restaurant in a slinky black dress. The pair could not been seen from the street leading many to conclude they were dining together and in a private room perhaps. The two were not seen leaving and perhaps staying late into the evening.

There have been rumours of the King dating several women since his break up with Matilda Osman, these have included swimming legend Daisy Greechan, the only woman he has admitted being in a relationship with, the two however called it a day because of her military commitments onboards REMNS King Robert. The King has also been seen attending events in the company of his former Professor Maddie Howard and Royal Court Artist Jocelyn Hopkins, who accompanied him to the Coronation of Emperor Orion. The buzz on Lodjain social media is that Lady Stasya is fluent in Morelandish and has been the King's translator on his visits to Lodja, which have been rather frequent since the appointment of Lady Stasya. The two have another link as Lady Stasya's father, Duke Tobias Pelagiya has recently been named as a special envoy to Alba Karinya. As Lodjain politics is famed for being built upon personal relationships this could be further proof of the King and the Lady in Waitings blossoming romance. The next day the King was seen attending a local rugby match while Lady Stasya was spotted in several exclusive boutiques in the nearby town.

The East Moreland monarch has been urged to marry quickly by many in his nation who wish to see the royal family enlarged. It would be doubtful that a non-Morelander would be welcomed with open arms but the King also defied convention by marrying a commoner in Matilda Osman.

PRINCE ALIVE AND WELL?

It has been two years since the fugitive Prince James has been seen yet rumours still persist of him being free and roaming Mundus. Several reports have placed him at key incidents across the globe including the evacuation of Uppsala and the Cultist Genocide in Seleucid. The Prince fell from grace when he supported a terrorist overthrow of his cousin King David using the offer of pardons and large rewards to East Moreland penal army unit known as Blue Legion. This coup was defeated and King David returned to the throne, in the aftermath Prince James was disinherited and narrowly avoided the death penalty after a panel of international judges voted to not permit the execution. The 28 year old was instead sentenced to life imprisonment but somehow with the aid of his Borlander allies escaped, he has been on the run ever since but did find time to father a child with a 17 year old religious cult member. The fugative royal has never seen his son who is now two years old and called James Jnr, the child and his mother Charlotte are supported by King David and live in a lodge on the Palace grounds.

In recent weeks however James has been spotted first in Zimalia where one person claimed they had seen him working as a hotel manager, meanwhile someone else claims that James was seen working as a fisherman in Paracambi. In total it is thought the East Moreland Police, who are still officially searching for him, have received some 60 reports in the last two months alone.

DUKE DISRESPECTS HIS QUEEN

After investigating a Rumored incident at the Queens Invitational Polo Championship in Lodja, we have found incriminating Evidence that Duke Thikkon, the then Captain of Queen Klara's Team, has shown little Respect for her Majesty.

Our Reporters have dug up Evidence that the man not only brought his own Tableware to the Queens Tent, but his own Teacup as well. His actions basically scream him proclaiming 'I am better than even the Queen' on a day where he was supposed to represent her.
But it didn't end there, from Servants gossip we know he even openly called the Queens choice of China "God Awefull Glasses" and "Mass Produced Cups".

To add an Injury to Insult, he had gotten himself out of the game by recklessly charging during the first game already, rendering him incapacitated and trying to sleek up to the queen from the bench rather than winning for her on the field, giving his own Team a massive Disadvantage due to their Captain's absence.

We at Gossip Daily say, snobbing your own Queen at her Event and failing to deliver on the Field? Definitely a Red Card for the Duke.

Some good news and some bad news regarding the crown prince of Tamora

The good news is that according to unconfirmed sources, the newly appointed future successor to the Tamoran throne is looking for a wife. Sources say that Jamshid Safavid is on the spotlight and it is embarrassing for him to be unmarried and without kids at his age (27 years old). While the Tamoran monarchs were never known for their public appearances or their display of wealth, potential candidates need not worry. According to local laws which date back from the XIth century(so they say) the monarchs of Tamora have virtually unlimited power in Tamora. What does that means exactly? It means that for example the Imperial budget worth some 260 bln USD can be used at the discretion of the Emperor. Sure, a lot of it will have to go on uninteresting stuff like army and intelligence service but when you draw the line, we are sure that there's at least a couple of billion left for personal expenses or "rainy days". And that should be enough for a relaxed and trouble free life. Well you'd have to worry about the fact that your husband owns slaves but nobody is perfect. 

While it's true that Jamshid has quite a few brothers and sisters (thirteen, last time we counted), fear not. The same ancient laws state that all the wealth and power will go to him alone. While the others won't be beggars they'll be left with nothing compared to him. While some ladies could naturally be worried about the practice of polygamy in the Tamoran monarchy, you need to remember that Tamora is not Royal Seleucid where wives, at least on paper, are equals. In Tamora there is not concept of equality, everything is hierarchical,  and that applies to wives. The first wife is the one that has all the prestige and power, while the others are servants of the first wife.

Now let us tell you the bad news before you try and apply for Tamoran citizenship. While we had no access to the Tamoran records, we couldn't find a single case where the Tamoran imperial family has married outside the nobility of the Imperial Enclave. It seems marriages in the Tamoran imperial family, like in most of Tamora, are arranged and emperors are careful to choose candidates that come from very prestigious Tamoran nobles families and have excellent standing with the Manist Church (their lovely native church that allows for slavery to exist in the XXIst century).

Easy come, easy go as they say but look on the bright side, King David of East Moreland isn't even engaged yet.

ROYAL ENGAGEMENT COMING SOON?

Social Media in East Moreland and Lodja was set abuzz yesterday after King David III of East Moreland was photographed leaving a very exclusive jewellers in Silverhills, the luxury shopping city of the rich and famous in East Moreland. As he exited the Kenzia Store he was seen slipping a purchase into his pocket, starting tongues wagging that it could have been an engagement ring. Several members of he paparazzi asked to see what he'd brought however the King simply smiled and walked past them. The King has for the last few months been in a realtionship with Lodjian socialite and Lady in Waiting Stasya Pelagiya however many believe that the pair may have been an item for well over a year on and off. The news quickly spread through the gossip loving Patrician community of Lodja leading one leading noble to say, "It would be a perfect marriage, two beautiful people, great families and Lady Stasya would make such a beautiful Queen. I can imagine just how spectacular a joint Morelander and Lodjain wedding would be. All the smart uniforms worn by Morelander men and the amazing style of the Lady. It'd be so glamorous."

The news was not however welcomed by all, in East Moreland religious figure Jinny Denman, who leads a group that has splintered away from the Cult of Helus, and has been a vocal advocate for arranged marriages for the royals called for the King to end the relationship. "Lady Stasya is a beautiful woman, fine family and the rest of course. She would be the future mother potentially of a Morelander royal and as such should follow Helus. She believes in that ridiculous Sessifet and as such she should corrupt the bloodline of the Ironsides, a pure blood that goes back to Raimond Unasson, the most beloved of Helus' humans. The King should be looking to find a suitable Helus worshipper, I wouldn't even mind if their not a Morelander, Bakkermaya have many eligible young women who I am sure would be thrilled to have a King on their arm."

Matilda Osman, the King's former wife was asked about the news during a meeting regarding the Global Childbirth Initiative and said, "David is free to date whoever he wishes and I if he is planning on remarrying I wish him well. I've not meet Stasya so I'm not going to comment." Away from the cameras however Matilda's youngest sister, Erin Osman said, "My sister is appalled, this woman would be Rhiannon's new step-mum and probably see Rhiannon more than Matilda does. That can't be fair. Everyone knows David's eyes wander anyway so I don't think it'd last long. I'm amazed his and my sisters marriage lasted so long all the passes he made at me that I had to deny. I'm sure a long distance relationship is perfect for him, he gets to say to the media he's in a relationship while she's on the opposite side of Mundus and Helus knows who shares his bed."

PRINCESS RHIANNON EXCLUSIVE

Yesterday evening various images of Princess Rhiannon of East Moreland began appearing on the internet. This graphic images were supplied by sources inside Ostlake Military Hospital and showed the Princess hooked up to a variety of drips in a sterile room her blonde hair all but gone and looking very thin. The six year old's skin was pale and bore several bruised portions where it was clear various injections and medical lines had been put. The Princess also had a grey cardboard bowl by her side which appeared to contain vomit. The images seem to support the idea that the heir to the throne of East Moreland is not responding well to treatment for leukaemia despite lengthy treatment. The search for a bone marrow donor has seen over a million Morelanders and hundreds of thousands of volunteers across Mundus come forward but to date no match has been identified meaning doctors may soon be willing to gamble on a less than perfect match.

The Royal of East Moreland have been a constant presence at the bed side of the Princess, and images of King David wearing a surgical set of scrubs and a mask show that the Princesses immune system is at a low, making her chances of survival even slimmer. The King of East Moreland, who has already lost one child, has all but given over control of the nation to Prime Minister Henrietta Quinn, preferring instead to remain at Ostlake. The mother of the Princess, Matilda Osman has been sighted visiting the base on an almost daily basis, at first with her Formula Mundus driving lover Sam Halliday, but following a spat with the King Halliday has been barred from attending. The other members of the Osman family have been attending too, including popular socialite Erin Osman.

The latest images also give a poor outlook for the Princess following reports recently that she has infact made a will including giving her pet Fennec Fox to a member of the Neu Urburizs Imperial Family. The letter named a young royal Augustin who is a similar age to the Princess. It is thought that the King had been keen to formulate a friendship between the two young royals, perhaps with a view of a future arranged royal marriage, something to perhaps appease a growing voice in East Moreland who believe the royal family should marry other nobles and thus, as self proclaimed High Priestess Denman (one of the leading figures in the Cult of Helus) stated, "keeping royal blood pure and free from pollution."

STASYA RINGS CHANGES AT THE PALACE

With East Moreland about to get a new Queen the nation is already buzzing with excitement even though the wedding is almost two months away. Morelanders seem satisfied that Duchess Stasya Pelagiya is a fitting Queen following her conversion to a form of the Cult of Helus known as the Sisterhood. The idea of foreign Queen of East Moreland would have been something that just a few years ago would have seen an impossibility to Morelanders as they hid themselves away from major interactions with the world however the former Lodjain Lady in Waiting seems a popular choice, particularly with young Morelanders who are rapidly embracing being an active participant in world affaris. Whether that popularity comes from her sense of fashion that seems to always capture the headlines, of course we all remember the barely there dress from the Ostlake Games, or whether it is the fairy tale element of the story which saw a King having to be patient and wait for the hand of his desired Queen. Some even suggest the soap opera nature of the 12 year gap between the couple and the social media prescence of the bride to be may be what is making this story more watchable than any reality TV show. The story though today has taken a new twist following leaks from Northfort Royal Palace in which it seems Duchess Stasya Pelagiya has had an attempt at mass clear out of the Palace staff.

The first departure was Jocelyn Hopkins, the grand-daughter of East Moreland's influential chivalric court called the Court of Canley. Hopkins is a young artist who holds the title of "Royal Artist in Residence" and was seen accompanying the King at several social functions prior to his relationship with his future wife. A Palace insider explained that the King often had meetings with Jocelyn on the matter of managing the extensive Ironside Family Art Collection and in order to have it put on public display. It is also thought that she often produced original work for the royal family. Jocelyn confirmed the ending of her time in the role on social media saying that she was "Thankful to have had the chance to be involved in the Palace" and that she will now be focusing on "establishing the Hopkins Gallery as a national centre for promoting the arts." Currently the Hopkins Gallery is housed in a two story former wool warehouse in west Northfort on the riverside and contains around 800 pieces of original art work.

The departures kept coming throughout the day as 22 year old Jenny Mason, a stable girl was dismissed. The 22 year old claimed in a tweet she was being "forced out of a job she loved" and that "King David broke his promise." Mason became well know when at the age of 18 she claimed King David had got her pregnant after cheating on his then wife Matilda Osman. The stable-girl changed her story as the child was born saying that she had been paid to make the claim and had accepted the money as she was an orphan and faced being homeless. In the aftermath King David forgave her and permitted her to reside in one of the Palace lodges until her child turned 18. It now appears that while King David is out of town on business his soon to be wife has reneged on that promise. It is yet to be seen whether the King will undo this dismissal as Royal Press Secretary Malcolm Tucker refused to be drawn on the story.

The final dismissal from the Palace came in the guise of King David's biographer, historian Maddie Howard. The 36 year old scholar tutored the King through his Masters degree and the pair had a brief relationship before the King meet the then Lady Stasya. It is common for the East Moreland royals to have a biographer once they have been in position for some time and usually a single historian works for the whole family. Lady Stasya announced that Professor Howard was being replaced by Dr.Marcus Merriman, a well respected East Moreland historian who was also a former tutor of King David. The new Royal Biographer though is in his early 80's and would seem a strange choice as he has not published new individual work for the last three years.

Many commentators believe that the new Queen is removing from the Palace all those whom have been linked romantically with the King in the past. This however does seem a little odd as one of those whom has been seen attending many of the Lodjain style social events Stasya has hosted is non other than Erin Osman, younger sister of the former Queen Matilda Osman and someone who has claimed on several occasions that the King made sexual advances towards her while he was married to her sister. These reports have always been denied by the King. The King's former Head of Royal Household is Alex Redfern, the husband of Princess Freya and a former partner of Erin Osman, he claims "Erin has a habit of trying to grab headlines. King David is a very honourable and his oaths are things he keeps. He promised to be faithful to Matilda and he was. It was Matilda who betrayed him. This whole rumour is nothing but an attempt by Erin to stay in the media."

The King is expected to return to Northfort in 48 hours and eyes will be watching the Palace to see if this "purge" is reversed and the impact that this could have on the future wedding.

PRINCESS EVANTHE SPOTTED WITH DIET MEMBER

With General Rhodes missing it seems that Evanthe Rhodes wasted little time in filling the void, being spotted arm-in-arm with the Councillor of Kavania, Randolph Groves. While the Office of the Imperial Diplomatic Liaison offered "no comment" several Pyrena insiders have said that the two have been spending more time together recently, with the Councillor spending late 'working sessions' at Evanthe's offices just down the road from Pyrena Castle. "Rarely have they been spotted far from each other," one insider said, "while mentions of General Rhodes seem to be largely forgotten when in her presence. I don't think she thinks he'll be found this time to be honest and, having mourned him for two years, it's not all that surprising that the mourning period this time around was largely truncated."

For his part Councillor Groves declined any improper behaviour. "We're good friends, we work together as I'm on the Committee for Foreign Affairs, it's a non-story. Next question?"

With General Rhodes reportedly absent from his duties in Bakkermaya and Princess Evanthe not speaking publicly on his present whereabouts, it remains to be seen where the General is in Mundus today. Emperor not present, has he finally settled down?

As one of the last Balls during the Lodjan Summer Season, the Neu Uburzis Embassy will host this year without Imperial Attendance. The Palace has stated that the Emperor's Schedule does not allow him to attend, and that his nephew Sebastian von Uburzis is still to young and will be taking the role of the Ball's Host come next years when he reaches the age of Sixteen.
