An Invitation To Mundus
From The First Empire Of Rokkenjima

On the behalf of Her Imperial Majesty, the Crown Princess Asuna, I am pleased to invite dignitaries from across Mundus to the Imperial Palace for a housewarming gathering. Dignitaries can expect a weekend of fine cuisine, music and dancing, and an opportunity to meet with the Crown Princess and the incoming Imperial Government which will assume power upon her ascension to Chrysanthemum Throne. We look forward to welcoming both our friends and allies, and those who are presently on difficult terms with the First Empire, to this gathering to further our diplomatic engagement with the community of nations. Travel arrangements should be made through Pyrettania International Airport, after which ground transport will be provided to the Imperial Palace.

To: Kyoko Anselmo, Princess of Azukishima, Duchess of Pyrettania,
   On the behalf of His Imperial Majesty, I wish to impart his regret that he is incapable of attending Her Imperial Majesty's gala, owing to the recent birth of his children, Crown Prince Tatsuhito and Princess Sayako earlier this month. It was his wish that he be present for these tender early days of their lives, as any parent would, and thus nonetheless has requested that I offer his best wishes the Crown Princess. In his stead, it has been decided that I, Sachio Heishi, Chancellor of the Empire of Daitō and most loyal servant of the Emperor, shall attend in his stead at this event, and though ties have certainly been strained owing to recent events, it is nonetheless my hope that a beneficial relationship between our two states can be arranged.
