The constitution of Darek, introduction

The glorious community of Darek is proud to announce to the world that's now a country. The representants of the people promises to protect them and their rights. In this treaty, we, the citizens, through our representants, compromise ourselves to respect the articles of this constitution and the legal code made by legislative power.

  • 1 - The community of Darek is organized by the princples of republicanism, socialism, democracy, federalism and freedom. The people will vote for their representants, who will governate fair and proudly in their names.
    • 1.1 - The goverment will be represented by three powers, independent between them. This powers will be the ejectuive power, ruled by the president, the vice-president and the ministers in the national scale, the governor, the vice-governor and the ministers in the regional scale and by a Mayor and a Vice-Mayor in the cities; The legislative, ruled by the parliament of each province and the community council in the cities; and the judicial power ruled by the judges.
      • 1.1.1 - The elections take place every five years to replace the ejecutive and legislative powers (or reelecting them). Every ten years the people will decide also who will rule the judicial power voting them. The judicial power members can be reelected forever. The ejecutive power members can be reelected once. The legislative power members can be reelected only five times.
      • 1.1.2 - Every citizen older than 16 can vote. Between the 18 and the 50 years, you are obligated to vote. Every citizen older than 20 who hasn't debt with the state or unpaid bills can run in a election. You must reside at least 5 years in the place's office that you're competing to. To postulate to the judicial power, youalso need a title in abogacy, law, rights or, if you haven't any of this, another universitary title and doing some exames; and 5 years of work at least at the low courts.
    • 1.2 - Every citizen's or resident's civil and political rights are protected by law. Even the most violent, religious, non-religious, extremist, or just "dumb" political thoughts are respected by the goverment if they don't broke any law.
    • 1.2.1 - Every religion is permited if it is registered in the Registry of Religions. If not, is considered a cult. The cult must be investigated to can be registered as a religion. Every citizen can make a petition to investigate a religion, and if the register founds something that brokes the law or the rules of the religious law code, the religion can be demanded and it can be relegated to cult again.
    • 1.2.2 - Every religion with, at least, a 5% of the citizens who recognize themseleves as part of that religion can't be maked a cult so easy. The legislative and the ejecutive must participate in the process too.
    • 1.3 - The president is the chief and has total control over the armed forces, including the police.
