An open address to the government of the Ecclesiastical State

Greetings,

As the 4.6 million ethnic Himeyans in the ES prepare for the most important celebration of their cultural heritage, we invite delegates of the Ecclesiastical State to join us for the largest Festival of New Life in the ES, hosted in Bledapessera courtesy of the Anrikisha Organization. As part of our celebration of cultural heritage and newfound identity within your borders, we feel it is important, as the major representative of ethnic Himeyans in the ES, to bring up some points that we may hopefully discuss.

It is our sincerest hope that you join us for the Bledapessera Festival of New Life,

Kyouko Tabae
President of the Anrikisha

The Ecclesiastical State

To our Anrikishan friends, brothers and sisters and especially President Kyouko Tabae of the Anrikisha,

It would be an privilege and pleasure to attend your festivites held in Bledapessera along with my closest Papal staff; I always, if I find the time, attend many of our nation's great festivites and cultural events including those belonging to the foreign and non-native community. Do expect the arrival of finely clad Guardians of St. Peter's Throne, their presence will inspire many of their grandeur and safety.

Take Care and God Bless, Sincerely

Pope Peter II of the Celestian Catholic Church and King-Bishop of the Ecclesiastical State

What does one think of upon hearing the name 'Bledapessera' ? Well usually if one thinks within traditional lines, it's known for its abundance of gulash, bath houses and its strange 'Hungarian' language. But if one however thinks outside the box, it is also home to one of the largest and most impressive Sino-Towns in the Ecclesiastical State and the entirety of Mundus; Rokkenjimans, Arda Tuluvans, Shangri-Lanians and especially Himeyans all founded and developed these areas; take away the Ecclesiastical setting and one might wonder if they didn't end up after all in Orient.

In any case his holiness Pope Peter II was cruising through the beautiful Bledapesseran landscape by train, travelling side by side with the Balaton Lake, a fine day as well since these were the early days of spring time once more, after a long and bitter winter. It was already decided that he would be greeted upon arrival in the train station by the Anrikishans themselves and he would perhaps parade with them throughout the downtown to their final destiantion somewhere. Security preparations were already made in advance, from check points to visible sniper towers, this event would at least see half of the 4.6 million Himeyans residing in ES and plenty more Ecclesiasticals...
