Communique from the Government of Osatrmiazan Your Imperial Majesty Emperor of Neu Uburzis, Orion I
Greetings your Imperial Majesty it is with great privilege and honor that I may address you by your official title and know of your appearance. Now that you have made your public appearance and taken your first steps as Emperor and leader of your nation and people I should like to cordially extend an invitation to you for a delegation of your government, or if you would be so generous, yourself and His Imperial Highness Prince Albrecht, to visit Ducova, our nation's capital, for the purposes of discussion about the future of our two countries.
It is true our little state of Osatrmiazan is but a seeming footnote in the greater scheme of international affairs, a circumstance of our geography, but I should like to convince you otherwise of false appearances. While I understand our two nations may hold an array of opposing ideas and policies on various matters, there is much in the terms of interests, both domestic and international, our two nations share. It is, if you will, an unspoken bond of circumstance brought about by our situation as geographical neighbors.
Should you accept, Your Imperial Majesty, this invitation, then we shall hold talks at the national palace, here in Ducova. Prior to your parties arrival we, Ostrmiazan, should like to honour your presence in our nation with a brief ceremony of respect at the Plaza Ziroshda. From there we shall be escorted to the Palace.
