ME and Tamora are now opening our borders for trade help in wars and other stuff I will update this with. So right now the border is open for my main diplomat or my lead one.

Basically you have to imagine you are the Secretary of State ( or Minister of Foreign Affairs) and you want to announce your intention to visit Tamora. As you can see in the link above you present yourself, your intentions and wait for a reply. I will respond with a letter style reply and describe the setting where our characters will meet.
