Following long and protracted discussion with the venerable Robert of Bakkermaya the Maharajadhiraja believes his people may further prosper and bask in his glory among the community within these internet walls. He has therefore instructed his obedient subjects to manufacture him a most regal and supreme factbook, go forth and claim territory upon a map and soon engage in discord banter.
