King Andrew of Seaforth
King Rutger of Altona
Queen Karin & King Jonas of Hassfurt
Prince Vincenzo, Regent of Vaguzia
Grand Duke Hugo Lascelles of Bakkermaya
Royal Overseer Stanley Keyes of Eskdale
President Binyamin Elwes of Zimalia

Over the last few hours it has come to our attention that a crisis is beginning to materialise in our neighbouring nation of Heyra. Normally as this region contains several key regional organisations I would have attempted to discuss the matter through those however with these bodies having considerable overlap I believe a more productive use of time would be to have one meeting for those nations based in the region. I am also aware that several nations among you have been discussing potential membership of one if not more of the organisations. As a result I believe it is a good moment in time to show them how well our region can work together.

Should you accept this invitation please send a delegation to Ostlake as soon as possible. Arrangements will be put in place to allow, if required, extended stay for either all or part of your delegation. Time is of the urgency as it is believed violence is spreading throughout the capital of mainland Heyra.

May The Gods Watch Over You and Your Nation Know Peace

King David III of East Moreland.

David had wanted to get Therz to the meeting, or at least someone trusted by her and so had placed a phone call to his friend Alex Redfern. It was well known that Red Legion utilised a network of veterans who had settled around the world from time to time and surely Redfern would known someone. It had taken the trusted friend of the monarch a few hours but he'd tracked down Robert Grant, a former Sergeant who 20 years ago had undertaken some missionary work in Royal Seleucid, meet the love of his life and remained. He now worked for a business based in Meybad offering advice on security for a wide variety of businesses. His work often took him to Tamora and armed with Alex Redfern's message from King David he had headed to the gates of the Imperial Palace where Redfern had told him Therz was likely taking refuge. He showed the gate guards his Red Legion veterans ID and informed them he had a message for Therz and as per instructions he left it with them hopeful it would find its way to its target.

The message was simple, it told Therz of the time and place of the meeting and had the contact details of the former Sergeant. There was a plane marked as belonging to a company called Blade Enterprises, a cover company for several Red Legion operations in the past. If anyone dug down the aircraft would come out as belonging to a company based in Ostlake and involved in mapping of resources and other associated acts. It was on paper highly successful and coming to an oil rich nation would be no surprise. In truth however it was one of the old royal aircraft Ironside One complete with all its gadgets for security. It was flown by Alice Graham from the  Joint Forces Specialist Aviation Wing with Tom Barks riding shotgun as a steward.

They had no idea if Therz would accept the ride or invitation but either way it had been a useful exercise.

At Ostlake arrangements had been made at Ostlake East. It was one of the four bases that surrounded the lake from which the area took its name. Each of the cardinal points housed a base but East was the most presitious, it was the oldest, housed the Armies Officer Training School and a building known as the Roundal it was on the surface just a circular building with beautiful oak panels and a circular table. It was used only a few times a year openly, for a Heads of Forces dinner with the King, what it also had though was the only access to a seperate labrynth of corridors and offices used only during crisis if the King was in Ostlake. It had taken a few hours for staff to come in and clean things down ready for the arrival of what could potentially be the first foreigners to enter this area.

The other advantage of this location was that from landing their aircraft the visitors could be taken by car straight across to the Roundal and then down into the briefing room where the Morelanders were waiting.

The first to arrive received no fanfare or grand welcoming, this was not a time to celebrate but instead an Air Force Squadron Leader accompanied them into a vehicle which he drove himself. Upon reaching the Roundal he scanned his ID badge and where normally a banqueting table for eight would be waiting it was full of laptop using airmen with cameras and printers. "Sorry but to ease you're stay here we need to issue some ID" each person was photographed and handed a credit card sized pass which they were asked to display on a lanyard around their neck. "These will get you through all the doors here but also if need be over in the Royal Mess if you stay this evening." As by demonstration he tapped the card and showed them down a spiral set of steps until they must have been a good 10meters underground. They moved along a long corridor and then into a huge hall full of desks but with what looked like a glass box in the centre, it was there King David and the Morelanders sat waiting. The only thing breaking up the line of sight into the glass box was a few TV screens. "Welcome to Ostlake" David greeted the first person as they walked in.

Hassfurt:
Heyran situation made the Dual Monarch nervous. The nation sat southward from them and perhaps any over border issues could spill into Hassfurt. The King Jonas was determine that the nation would not find them having to deal with violence coming however Queen Karin was more hopeful solutions could be discovered. The Diarchy however did not know who to send as they did not wish to have both King and Queen go but despite the year of King Jonas on throne the two monarchs had not still developed a relationship of mutual supporting. The two of them had managed to agree that Guido Pfaff a man who was King's Consul and former soldier would attend.

Guido arrived in Ostlake thinking he would not have had to carry out such role in his life. Heyra was viewed as a slight corrupt nation but a stable one and they would not think to be discussing them in East Moreland. Pfaff had spent many meetings discussing military issue and so was good choice. Upon arrival he thought how like Dr.Who the arrangement was, small dining room at the top but maze beneath. Upon being shown to King David he bowed despite the Morelander not being as pure blooded by the Two Gods but he was a man worth of respect because of his nations standing. "Good Morning Your Majesty" Guido took a seat as he waited for others and the beginning of the event.

Jargalant (FKA Eskdale):
Duke Stanley Keynes was experienced in politics having been around the internal struggles of the United Kingdoms since leaving the military. He hoped that the internal debates and misunderstandings between the three Kingdoms would at least give him a useful insight into the world of Mundus wide politics. He had informed the three monarchs of his intention to come to the meeting but then had to deal with each of them either wanting to come in person or send a representative. In the end Stanley made the decision to go alone. He'd meet King David before on his state visit and that had seemed to go well and so having landed and made his way into what at first sight seemed an odd location for the meeting he greeted the host. He had yet to meet anyone formally from Hassfurt and he viewed the nation with some skeptacism based on their religious oddities. This though was neither the time nor place for those discussions although Stanley expected at some point in the future he may need to.Today talks would be on peace and stability in the region and as such he gave Pfaff a formal handshake, cheery greeting before taking his own seat.

RobertAgira:
The Grand Duke of Bakkermaya had been expecting a call from King David since he had heard of the situation in Heyra. He hadn't expected a kind of "mega-conference" though but nethertheless he was more than happy to make the trip. It was though his first overseas trip with his "Lead Sword" Elliot Larkwood. Hugo was slightly relieved that Larkwood was with him as the mountain of humanity was a former soldier and then had dedicated a lifetime to policing, both fields that would likely be of use during the next few hours.

Upon arriving at Ostlake Hugo wanted to go and see the Temple of Jekar that the city was famed for but the tone of the King's letter had made it seem the meeting was urgent and it was likely everyone else would already be arriving if they hadn't done so already. That being the situation the duo thought it best to go see the Temple after the meeting and so made their way to the Roundal and down into the briefing room that seemed like something from a political thriller. Hugo introduced Elliot to King David and everyone else before taking his own seat. "Ready when you are" Hugo placed his tablet computer on the table and waited for things to start.

Altona:
The Altona's new monarch knew that the outcome of this meeting would be a really important one for his nation and therefore his people. Rutger was under pressure to come back having achieved something. What he was going to achieve though was somewhat unknown, security for Altona? Some kind of concession in return for support? Closer ties to his neighbours perhaps? Anything the media could be spun would be useful. He had brought with him the Junior Minister of Defence, Eduard Schnoor, a man that his brother Lukas has recommended for a role in the government and Rutger was almost giving a test drive to.

The duo arrived and crossed to the designated building. It seemed less regal than perhaps Rutger had anticipated. He had examined lots about East Moreland and admired the splendour of Northfort Palace or even Rockhampton Castle but this seemed a little, well minuscule. That changed once the full scene was taken in below ground. He wasn't sure Altona possessed such a complex but perhaps he'd change that upon his return. The only person he recognised was King David so he started by greeting him and then settled after introducing himself to everyone at one of the few remaining seats.
