Morelandish Minister of Culture and Tradition to speech in Temple of Helus in Doqadis. Shakira, Amy MacDonald and John Mayer to perform at Festival.
Minister of Culture and Tradition of East Moreland, Katy Garnett
This year's festival that will be held in Doqadis to celebrate the Feast of Helus will have a lot of famous artists performing, big Cultist Vaguzian stars like John Mayer and Amy MacDonald, but also Izraďte Vaguzian Shakira. The Minister of Culture and Tradion Katy Garnett of East-Moreland will speech in the biggest Cultist Temple of Vaguzia, the Temple of Helus in Doqadis.
The organizer of the Festival, James Rice, is very happy about the performers at this year's festival "It is great that we have managed to get Vaguzian Cultist Pride Amy MacDonald and John Mayer but also an other world star that is Vaguzian but not cultist, Shakira. We want people to have the time of their lives during our Feast of Helus."
It is expected that only the more secular Cultists will visit this visit as the more Orthodox will celebrate the Feast in the traditional way: The Cultist will first visit the Temple of Helus in Doqadis, then each family takes food which is offered to the Temple as a sacrifice to Helus. After services the families go to their ancestoral tombs and leave food there before heading home and to continue celebrating the feast. Traditionally before the meal the senior member of the family tells the story of the battle against the Underlords.
Because of some serious threats from terror groups like Protectors of the Holy Land of Izra and Hasizra who both have written in their manifest that they want a "pure" Vaguzia without any Cultists, the Vaguzian has taken some Security Measurements, everyone who will enter Doqadis will have to identify their self and the Temple of Helus in Doqadis and the Festival will be heavily guarded by Vaguzian soldiers.
OrnatiHealth develops a device to predict the risk of diabetes
Researchers from OrnatiHealth have developed a smart measuring device that can predict the risk of type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease and the risk of death.
The instrument, the size of a brick, is placed on the forearm and measures the reflection of light through the skin (autofluorescence). The outcomes can be used to examine at an early stage how risk factors in patients, such as smoking and not exercising enough, can be reduced.
It is known that patients with type 2 diabetes have a higher level of certain chemicals, the so-called diversion products, or AGEs. The new 'AGE reader' can measure these higher levels.
The light of this reader shines on the arm. The skin of the arm reflects the light in a different wavelength. "By measuring the light in the changed wavelength, you can see if the autofluorescence of the skin is increased, this simple method of measurement does not hurt and only takes ten seconds," says OrnatiHealth.
The higher the outcome of autofluorescence, the greater the chance of developing type 2 diabetes or cardiovascular disease and the greater the chance of dying from it. The medical data of nearly 100,000 people were used for the study.
