It is well documented that the two nations on Heyra and Himeyama have long disputed the network of Islands in the Mhroish Sea, known to some as Barnacle Island and to others as Nurashima.

We are concerned regarding a recent report about the state of various air and sea patrols in the region, especially the impact this could have on global trade. With this in mind, and our nations friendship with both, through either attempts at creating the AKO or MICA, the Kingdom of East Moreland respectfully urges caution in these matters. Furthermore should both nations be willing East Moreland would be more than happy to look at ways that the three of us could find to ensure this matter is resolved as peacefully and amicably as possible.

In the mean time we will be stationing our Ekra-Badger 15km outside the EEZ of the Barnacle / Nurashima island chain in order to monitor the situation and assit both sides in anti-piracy patrols if required. It is our hope that by working together a peaceful future, acceptable to all can be found.
