Our office announces that the Ministry of Taxation and Finance has opened official tenders and bids on the energy sector. Any company, national and foreign, is available to apply, always they meet the legal requirements and their operations have not been suspended or sanctioned by any government office in the Great Kingdom of Asadal.

The tender process will be divided in three stages:
The first stage will be a review of the candidate companies by the State Council, in which according to the established legal requirements it will announced if the offers advance this stage or they are rejected.
The second stage will require a formal interview with representatives of the candidate company which tender bid were accepted, in order to determine the technical and logistical capacities of the company candidates. The interview will be held in person and it could only be held in a location in the Great Kingdom of Asadal.
The third stage will require a negotiation of the final contract, in accordance to the technological needs and the adequate investment of the economic activity of each tender.

   Daitō Petroleum Exploration Co., Ltd., alternatively known as DAIPEX, is one of the largest oil and natural gas producing companies in East Ardia, with operations in several countries in the region. It currently has exclusive rights to the Yamamori-Mogami shale, one of the largest proven reserves of natural gas on the planet. Nonetheless, it is always seeking new opportunities, and believes that its presence in Asadal would both be beneficial to itself but moreso beneficial to the country's economy.

Ownership: Rayyu Sovereign Oil is the national oil and gas extraction company of Rayyu. 60% of the shares are held by the people of Rayyu under the stewardship of the Emir, the other 40% belong directly to the Emir.

1.Extraction of oil in Bukjjeo and Yeogaehanam.
2.Construction of oil refineries in Bukjjeo and Yeogaehanam
3.Study and development of existing natural gas and oil pipelines, with the aim toward their modernization and better maintenance

Bid: Initial offer of investment (it may be renegotiated later)

1. The establishment of Rayyu Sovereign Oil in Asadal. The government of Asadal to be given 25% of this new business with Rayyu Sovereign Oil taking the remaining 75%. In addition a fee of $30 per barrel.
2. We would be willing to establish capacity of an initial 200,000 barrels per day (BPD) in which we shall invest $5billion. This figure is negotiable dependent on size of oil reserve and local demand
3. We would be interested in undertaking a study of the state of the network as it stands which we would do for cost on the assumption we have won either bid 1 or 2. Upon completion we would be willing to provide maintenance at market rate.

More information: Rayyu Sovereign Oil has operated in Rayyu, Kizad, and Waddan since the 1920's. The company has an excellent track record in safety and also utilising funds for the betterment of the general public. The Rayyu Sovreign Oil's contribution to the Oil Stipend system in Rayyu has enabled the public there to enjoy a large number of benefits.
