Biography	Maxim Ivanoff is the current President of Artyomov. He rules with fairness to his people but not to those who oppose the Law of Artyomov. As an ex-Vympel operator, he has seen the worst and the best in people. He was the dictator since 2014 but became president in 2018, after dissolving the communist state.
