To the nations of The Independent Order,

I am Premier Elyot Adrihel, speaking on the behalf of the people of Iypra. Iypra has opened its doors to cooperate and trade with its neighbours and we are optimistic that we may have everlasting peace. We hope for great opportunities and peace to our great nations.
