1. | East Moreland military have nine different uniform standards, each are numbered. No. 13 is a pair of black shoes or boots, dress trousers, long sleeve shirt, wool sweater, heardress and a belt worn over the top of the sweater. Each regiment may have unique flourishes, for example the colour of the stable belt or style of headwear, for example the Royal Engineers wear a 2nd cap badge on the rear of their beret |
1.1 The IHC shall be made up of members of the armed forces from any nation on Mundus that meets the following criteria
a) They have approval from the majority of members of the IHC at the time of their application.
b) A founder nation has not vetoed their membership
c) They have signed the Uppsala Convention
1.2 IHC shall exist as a co-ordinating and fund raising body to respond to emergency situations of any kind anywhere on Mundus.
1.3 Member nations agree to give at least 10% of their foreign aid budget to IHC.
1.4 Member nations agree to support the work of the Joint Emergency Team[1].
1.5 The IHC shall appoint a liaison to work with JET.
1.6 All member nations of the IHC shall appoint an officer of senior rank to the IHC Council.
1.7 The IHC council shall be chaired in rotation.
1.8 Upon being presented with a request for action the IHC Council shall draw up an action plan and appoint a commanding officer for the mission at hand.
1.9 IHC members are expected to ear-mark a contingent of their military to be IHC Stand By. This means they must be prepared to intervene in IHC operations with 48 hours notice. There is no stated expectation of what this contingent will be only that it be listed to the IHC Council and kept up to date.
1.10 Following completion of any IHC mission or at the request of five or more members of the Council a commanding officer must give both a brief/debrief of the operation and answer any relevant questions.
1.11 A commanding officer may be replaced at any time by a majority vote of nations involved in the operation.
1.12 Should a nation be unable to support an operation for any reason then they must inform the Council as soon as possible and refrain from any action that would hinder IHC operations.
1.13 IHC HQ shall be at Ostlake in East Moreland
1. JET is a civilian only organisation while IHC permits the use of military assets for humanitarian efforts.
1.1 The ISSI shall be located in Claith, Ui Cenneslaig and be made up of the original four founder members and any nation admitted by a majority vote of the membership at time of application. A founder nation may veto membership.
1.2 The ISSI shall maintain a council of members and this shall be made of a scientist from each nation and shall meet a minimum of four times a year to discuss ways of promoting Scientific studies.
1.3 The Council shall collect and distribute funding for projects involving at least two ISSI members. These projects may not have any direct military purpose.
1.4 The Council shall make recommendations on situations they feel relevant.
1.5 The Council shall be informed of all member nation space missions.
1.6 ISSI members are encouraged to include at least one other ISSI nation in any space project.
1.7 - All projects undertaken by the Council which produce new patents shall see those patents become the property of all member nations at the time of their filing become equal owners. Work undertaken by corporations on behalf of the Science Council shall be exempt from this.
1.8 - All members will be signatories of the Outer Space Standards Convention.
