Once you reach 400 posts you may have a 2ndary nation; Balticum for instance is my 2ndary.

Technically you can within either claim (primary being six territories, secondaries being three) have as many nations as you wish, for example under his primary claim Nord has Ui Cenneslaig, Scordisci and Cantabria. In terms of secondaries the post threshold is 400 posts and you have to have been a TIO member for a minimum of six months.
