Umarov Real Estate Trust
Umarov Real Estate Trust (URET) is Samantra’s largest Real Estate Trust. It was founded in the early 1980s by Mihail Umarov. The company buys real estate properties and then rents them out. Its portfolios include residential (both houses and apartment blocks), commercial (malls), offices, industrial and logistics parks, hospitals and historical (landmark) buildings.
