With all the domestic political turmoil going on Minister Więcesław Bilski wondered whether this would be his final diplomatic meeting as the Minister of Foreign Affairs for his beloved homeland, Solonia. As he waited at Kazimierzawa International Airport for the Bykrestani diplomats to arrive he thought about what he would do if he did get that fateful call from whoever the next Prime Minister would be telling him he'd lost his job to a younger, fresher politician. Too many Mr Bilski could be described as ancient but to him he still felt young and fresh, despite being 72 years old. Once he snapped out of his thoughts the bitter winter cold of Solinia hit him and he shivered a bit. "Let's hope we're not stood here too long" he said.

Today in an emergency press conference Prime Minister Świętosława Dobrzynska announced her resignation after 2 and a half years in power. Mrs. Dobrzynska, 53, said that the birth of her 3rd grandchild had made her realize that it was time for her to slow down and enjoy life. The Prime Minister said that she hopes to move to her house on the Solonian coast which she purchased last year with her husband, 60 year old Bartosz Dobrzynski, who recently retired from his job as the manager of Mazigneti Shipyards in Northern Solonia.

The President's office released a statement soon after wishing Mrs. Dobrzynska all the best in her new endeavors and they said that the President will meet with top officials of the ruling party later on today to discuss her replacement. There have been some rumours that the former Prime Minister was forced out of office by a far-right coup due to her relatively liberal stance compared to the parties leadership however this has been called out as stupid by her youngest son, Mariusz, who said that his mother would not have given in so easily to any "slime balls" trying to stop her from doing the best for Solonia. There have been some rumours that the party will appoint a younger face such as the 40 year old MP Leopold Zieliński but that remains to be seen.

I really like this idea because I think it would give us an element of surprise. I like the fact people won't be able to just ignore them as well since that really ruins the RP imo.

I was just wondering does this give the Chancellor flexibility to appoint any new positions if he or she thinks we might need them due to new issues that arise.

Biography	Born on November 26th 1982 in the city of Kolumpa as Krishan Bandaranaike King Lansakara always knew he would become the King of Palanka Nadu as he was the only son ever born to King Lansakara XXV and his wife Queen Priyanka after they had spent 22 years trying to have a son, producing 8 daughters in the process. When he was growing up he was always quite mischievous which deeply worried both his parents however once he reached the age of 14 this began to subside. On his 16th birthday the King was married to Tharindi Suriyasena, who was only aged 13 at the time, in a traditional Kaumu ceremony however the marriage was annulled several weeks later as the King decided he wished to complete his studies at unviersity. From the ages of 18 to 21 the King studied economics at the King Lansakara XXIII University in Kolumpa. At age 19 the King remarried Tharindi Suriyasena, who was by now 16, and the pair moved to the Palace of the Crown Prince in the mountains of Thiumpu, however King Lansakara travelled back to Kolumpa during the weekdays to continue his studies. Once the King had completed his studies Tharindi, by now 18, finally fell pregnant with the couples first son, Dehideniya. They then went on to have 3 more children, Dilana, Marasingha, and Chathuranga. On March 19th 2008 King King Lansakara XXV passed away meaning that Crown Prince Krishan, as he was known then, ascended to the throne, he chose to took on the name Lansakara that all Kings of the Bandaranaike Dynasty had used.

Solonia is preparing for it's largest Christmas with almost 100% of the population planning to join in with the festivities. As Solonians become wealthier thanks to a booming economy Christmas spending has grown massively with a 17% increase in spending since last Christmas according to the Kazmierzawa Fiscal Institute (KFI). A poll found that the most generous Solonians were those in the 50-54 age bracket with many stating their reason to be a desire to give their children and grandchildren nice things to make up for the fact they had very little growing up under the iron grip of the communist government of Solonia in the 1960s and 1970s.

It was also found that around 96% of Solonians say they will attend religious services on Christmas Eve or/and Christmas Day. It is estimated that during this period the church could make anywhere from $120 to $190 million in donations from their congregations. Most of this normally goes to charitable causes to help fellow Catholics around the world suffering persecution or poverty this Christmastime.

Today the President lit up the Kazmierzawa Christmas tree and Christmas lights before the 100,000 attendees of the lighting joined in a prayer with the Archbishop of Kazmierzawa.
