Sorry guys that i've been absent. I started my nation full of ideas but then kind of fizzled out as I'd based it all on Ukrainian culture, backgrounds etc as I had a fascination with the Cossaks. However the war there has kind of meant I felt a little bit disrespectful playing the nation the way I was and the way I had plans for. As a result I've been super inactive. I however have been active with a different nation elsewhere (I apologise for my treason) that has now been concluded. As far as I know I have no active RP here so  unless anyone tells me so I'm assuming I'm not causing an issue with establishing a brand new nation.

Not a problem at all, if you feel uncomfortable playing a country based on a specific culture due to circumstances out of your own control, then you have that right. Hell, you have the right to change your countries at any time you'd want, so by all means, go ahead.
