Osobik Somotvirn
His Excellency, Osobik Somotvrin, is the current leader of Osatrmiazan. Generally recognized as a dictator, Somotvirn has governed Osatrmiazan since 1985 succeeding Nrazin Miraczka after his assassination. Somotvirn's leadership has been one of controversy and stability. Maintaining a strict hold on politics Somotvirn rules the country through the State Assembly, the national legislature, of which all seats are controlled by the Osatrmiazan Party of National Liberation (ONL) of which Somotvirn is the leader. In this regard Osatrmiazan is often regarded as a military dictatorship despite its official label as a single-party state.
Osobik Somotvirn was born in 1951 to a working class family, the son of an Opium farmer and a school teacher. At age 15 Somotvirn would enroll in the provincial military school later joining the provincial militia to escape poverty. He would first see combat during the constitutional crisis of 1969 during in which his province would be the subject to insurgency based resistance. Somotvirn would fall under the command of Nrazin Miraczka who would lead a coup d'etat against the democratic government in 1982 establishing a military Junta. Miraczka would proclaim him self as President-Interim governing directly for an unspecified time until a successful transition to a new government could be made. During this time Somotvirn was charged with security within Ducova. In 1983 various opponents of Miraczka would lead an armed resistance in opposition to the coup thus starting a civil war which would last from 1983-1992. Somotvirn would succeed Miraczka as President after Miraczka's assasination in 1985, in which Somotvirn would adopt the title of Druzihagni of Osatrmiazan being granted emergency powers to deal with the “civil-crisis”. Emerging victorious Somotvrin would establish a firm grip on power becoming the undisputed leader of Osatrmiazan.
In the aftermath of the civil-war Somotvirn began recovery efforts in accordance with Osatrmiazan Party of National Liberation formed during 1984 from various political parties supportive of the Junta and 1992 Coup. The ONL would pursue policies of Ultra-nationalism, Conservatism, and Authoritarianism. During this period Celestian Catholicism was established as the official state religion, major nationalizaion of the economy occurred, and indoctrination policies were enacted to create a “New Osatrmiazan”. Somotvirn also made mentions of restoring the Ubaczk after pressure from traditionalist elements within the ONL.
Starlight-Massacres The Somotvrin Regime has often been the subject of allegations of what would be considered human-rights violations by the Upsalla convention. The most notable of these allegations are various military campaigns carried out by the Junta during the civil war. Often called Starlight-Massacres due to their nature of being carried out at night, these events were often military raids on opposition strongholds and often villages and towns deemed “supportive or sanctioning of terrorist activity”. In many reports the military would enter a suspected village or town and commence extra-judicial killings on suspected rebels. Children of the raided areas were then taken to “re-education” camps in which they would be modeld to meet the Juntas vision of the “New-Osatrmiazan”.

Bene GesseritThe Bene Gessarit are believed to have once held a chapter-house within north-western Osatrmizan, sanctioned by the Democratic Government. The Bene Gesserit are believed to have been in firm opposition to the 1982 and later the Junta's rule. Although there is neither evidence to support nor deny the Bene Gessarit involvement, it is often believed that the Bene Gessarit within Osatrmiazan were firm supporters of the resistance and in some cases allegedly fought alongside or coordinated their operations. Regardless of what may be truth and simple allegation, the military junta nonetheless ordered for the destruction of Bene Gessarit structures within the country. The Bene Gesserit Faith is strictly illegal within Osatrmiazan, and labeled within the country as a terrorist organization.
