The Triarch smiled at that and firmly invited her guests to come with them. She led the way, her guards following and flanking the guests. The Triach spoke as she brought them to the waiting vehicles "If I may begin, the Sirinisians have some interest in the world beyond their borders. We are seeking out friends and allies. We hope to offer whatever we could to secure such things and in doing so, we pray our relationships would last." Once they got to the vehicles, she smiled as she asked them "Would you like to sit with me or perhaps have the honor of riding a...more awesome vehicle?"

Rosasoro was not alone of course. Although she was the official who would greet them, her guards waited nearby. Together as one they marched until they were facing the Empress and saluted her as best as they could. They were a squad of guards, each armed with AR-05s or LMG-4s. The Empress could see that the officer was a man but his men were all women. Rosasoro nodded to the Empress as the officer bowed and offered the Empress his sword.

The Empress herself could see that the sword was in its sheath and written on the sheath was Sirinisian. The Triarch explained

"It means 'With warm welcoming hearts, we withdraw from ourselves this sword into your waiting hands.' Please accept it, dear Empress, as our gift. Welcome to Sirinisi."

The Triarch then accepted the gift of the Empress and told her "I thank you, Dear Empress, for this gift. Our country is honored to have this gift."

Having greeted the delegation the Sirinisian women before him looked at each other and began to giggle leaving Shuziye looking perlexed until an aide leaned in close and whispered in his ear. The General's face registered mild surprise before he collected himself.

"Please accept my apologies Ladies. In formal Lakhzov when one speaks addresses a person they use the pronouns of the office. As your titles carry the masculine gender in Lakhzov I, in my attempt to translate directly from my own language to yours have, I am told, accidentally misgendered you." said Shuziye attempting to move past the faux pas "Colonel Al-Hijari, you of course are here to observe our operations, you will be travelling with me westward toward our current field command centre. Secretary Rich, my aide will convey you east to Nakim where I know President Kadassa is keen to receive you."

The ladies smiled and giggled. After a while though, they managed to regain their composures as the two parted ways. Rich went with the aide while the Colonel went with Shuziye. Before that, they spoke to each other in Sirinisian in a few seconds. They smiled and then Rich told them "Thank you. I hope we will have a fruitful session together. I also hope that we'll be safely escorted back once we are done."

Rosasoro Dsatea was again chosen to welcome their foreign visitor for the first time as the rest prepared the residence and all the rest of the establishments under the charge and care of the Triarchy. Meanwhile, as Rosasoro Dsatea waited at the port for the guests to leave their yacht and make their way to dry land, the dark skinned Triarch who was dressed in a pair of khaki shorts and a sleeveless Tee Shirt due to the heat of the day, also wearing a baseball cap to protect her head, stood close to the main welcoming structure that was close to the part of the part that the ship stopped.

Deputy Maariinaas Sarmientos finally arrived at the venue from the airport after a long car ride. She sighed as she smelled the fresh air again and went into the venue, looking for the host, hoping that she was not late. Again. She hoped this assignment would end well for her this time. The young diplomat carried her purse and her folder of documents as she looked around.

I am delighted to accept your invitation and after consultation with the Triarchs, I shall represent my country and proceed to your nation to celebrate the Artyin Freedom Festival. Thank you very much!

Alsial Kodiko



Alsial is the First Triarch of Sirinisi and his partners during his administration are Soa and Rosasoro. All three of them are good friends and have known one another for a long time.



Soa Ustalius



Soa is the Second Triarch of Sirinisi during Alsials administration. She is known for being the second in command to Alsial and often being the one who goes out of the country while he remains. Both are interested in each other.

Rosasoro Dsatea



Considered by Alsial, Rosasoro became the Third Triarch due to her own talents and his hope that she would succeed him while Soa assists her, raising her despite a bit of Soas jealousy.

She smiled and answered him "The government was actually looking for the townhouse. I really appreciate that and thank you on behalf of my country and the mission I am carrying. On the other hand, not only do we wish to let your own people prosper but if you may allow us, we seek permission or even encouragement for our own people to work with yours on your lands." She opened her hands to him and said "We are very much interested in letting our people do business here as much as we invite yours to do so."

For the first time in the history of Sirinisi, the three Triarchs issued a letter to SSA and to government bulletin boards all over the country that said that there will be a build up of military equipment for Sirinisi. The Triarchs said that they wanted Sirinisian arms corporations to begin taking orders from Sirinisian High Command for more AFVs, ships and planes. There was also a call for a few more volunteers into the army of Sirinisi. Finally, the Triarchs also announced that they will be establishing Sirinisis first Marine Corps.

"I am thinking that what you offer is incredibly well. I thank you, Your Majesty. You do me and my country a great kindness I did not expect you would. I would be happy to accept this deal on behalf of my country.

On the other hand, I am also attempting to make clear, if at all, that Your Majesty may accept our request to establish an actual embassy in your lands so that we may speak with you or your own ambassador from there. Or at the very least, we offer too our land for your own diplomatic missions."

She said with an eager voice now and a better smile.

Captain Adeline of the Sirinisian frigate was occupied with watching her boys and girls work to get supplies and other things needed by the refugees off the ships. It was controlled chaos. It made her feel a little ill at seeing so many refugees coming to them for help, almost overwhelming them if not for the presence of some Sirinisian soldiers. Adeline also felt happy to at least be of some use here. Although she was an officer, she was in charge of all these. Were it not for her and the Captain of the other ship, things would not have gone smoothly.

Meanwhile, reports never stopped coming to her about what was going on with all the foreigners. The Heyrans, th--- Ugh, it was a bothering thought, a collection of worries for the Captain. All she hoped right now was that not one of those nations would be stupid to start a war here.

For now, she never knew that the Achkaerinese wanted to contact her and other officers present in the Sirinisian side of things. So she was out there, close to the tables and tents, simply observing as she either signed some papers and let the runners go off or got some radio messages she had to entertain.

"We are currently after hybrid and/or electric cars, medical equipment and machines most especially heart machines, CT and PET equipment, medical monitors. We also need teachers, technicians, the like. We need basically everything we should have to keep our current hospitals going or at least make new and better hospitals. We also really want to have our current vehicles for the public replaced by more environmentally friendly vehicles such as those that you produce. We too, finally, for this meeting, need a nation who can help us with the technology necessary to clear one of our most dense forests in order to accommodate our infrastructure. We have been having trouble clearing even at least the edges of the forest due to the lack of personnel and willingness to clear at least a part of it. Our country is overflowing with Mother Nature and our government though it was necessary to at least control it."

She then smiled at recalling the Festival of Sails and mentioned "My Triarchs attended the last Festival. I am afraid though that they were not able to meet everyone, most especially Your Majesty. But if it is good enough, I'd like to bring word from my Triarchs that they would want to establish personal and friendly relations with Your Majesty himself."

The ships reached the port of Barnacle and after clearing things as best as they could with those inland and those at the port receiving them, the Sirinisians began to let the volunteers as well as sailors off the ships to get the badly needed supplies out of the transports and to those in need. Meanwhile, those still on the ships did their best to make contact with Sirinisi again, reporting that they have now docked and are unloading emergency aid while the volunteers are settling inland and are attempting to get their own jobs started. And for good, they were doing well in setting up tents on areas that were empty of anyone and anything, there establishing also tables for distributing the aid as well as a prefabricated building for medical tasks.

On the other hand, the private jet has landed and the passengers got off. The passengers were the 3rd Triarch and her secretary plus her own guard. The three went on to the nearest public vehicle that they could use. The Triarch hoped to approach the driver if they were close by and say "Hi. We need you to take us to the Heyrans, we need to meet them. We're Sirinisian officials. We'll pay you well if you'd help us out."

But once again, the spotlight was on the volunteers not them. As the volunteers did what they had to do, the sailors got started on turning their ships into temporary headquarters, using the ships for electricity and water purification. They also had to try their best to request their country to begin an airlift of food and supplies and medicine as well as construction materials and clothes for refugees and for rebuilding Barnacle.

She patiently went with him and listened to him and after all he spoke and all he proposed, she in turn gave her reply which was seasoned with a soft smile and an eager tone

"That is indeed a great starting point. I think we would be happy to start from there until we, Sirinisians, seem a little more closer to you. But fret not, dear king, we are not seeking the lives of your men along with the lives of our own selfishly. We'd gladly extend the lives of our own to your service and, in this case, we're happy to compromise.

I was told that this may be the case among many others so I must approach you then with another matter: We are still strangers to the outside world after so long. So as a representative of my country, I'd like to ask you and your nation to kindly put a good word forward for us to your friends and if anything, should there happen to be a great event, we'd like to come too so that we may interact more with others. And on top of that, we are concerned that our technology may be lacking, that we may be backwards. So we sought your assistance in that, my king."
