Overview
Ibueri (Rus:Ибёри), officially the Ibueri State, is a sovereign country located in East Arayne. The country is bordered to the north by The Soviet Republic of Kaitaine; to the East by The Republic of Elania; to the west by the Free Theocracy of Kaitaine;to the south lies The Federal Republic of Centralia. The country is landlocked, has an estimated population of 31.7 million people, and is the smallest country in East Arayne by land size. Vrusa is the capitol city located in central region of the country sitting along the Rojaci river and has an estimated population of 1.3 million inhabitants.

Like many countries in East Aryane, Ibueri was apart of Rodina's sphere of Influence; previously as a constituent Soviet Republic. During the middle to late 20th century Political tensions and inner turmoil would see the influence of Yeleshov (capital of Rodina) disintegrate and the formation of more autonomous and fully independent countries. Following the isolation from Rodina Ibueri would fall into civil war between Soviet loyalist's and opposing Sovereigntists. A largely chaotic affair the period during the war would disintegrate into warlordism. The conflict would officially end in 1992 when forces led by Ontav Choslyiin, himself regarded as a warlord by many, would march on the capital Vrusa his government subsequently proclaiming an end of the Republic and establishment of the Ibueri State.

Choslyiin's government is often critiqued as authoritarian and repressive in nature. Declaring a plan of action calling for the 'Reshaping and renewal of Ibueri' the Choslyiin administration would enact measures such as repression of political opponents, expulsion of minority groups deemed foreign entities, nationalization of key industries, and a policy of self imposed state-isolation. Choslyiin would also reinstate the position of the Bilyar (Rus:Быляр) and hereditary rulership over the country. The country would reopen its borders and leave its self imposed isolationist policies in 2008. In 2019 Ontav would die in what is believed to be a targeted assassination. With his passing, his young son Arok, would become the new Bilyar of Ibueri. Still a youth much of the political power in the country has been delegated to the State Executive and Security Authority Council (SESAC) which effectively rules as the leadership of the country.

Despite seeming attempts to rekindle a uniquely Ibuerian culture and identity, the country's centuries old history of domination by Rodina has allowed the Rus culture and language to flourish, adopted with an 'Ibuerian flair'. Rus has become the official language while the effects of anticlerical policy has caused the majority of peoples within Ibueri to specify themselves as 'unaffiliated' with any religion or spiritual belief.  These attempts have also failed in regards to diversifying the Economy, with Ibueri primarily relying on Rodina's initial efforts to exploit the mineral resources of the country causing mining to be the largest sector of Economic wealth in the country. In addition to Mining, manufacturing particularly in the production of clothing and plastics, as well as agriculture are the primary sectors of the Ibueri Economy. Due to its Landlocked nature Ibueri relies heavily on its neighbors for economic growth with Kaitaine being the largest trading partner with the country.
