To the Iwi Ministry of Defence

Jones Equipment has provided heavy combat equipment to the military of East Moreland, and several others, since 1911. During that time our equipment has been battle tested in theatres across Mundus. We therefore place for tender a Self Propelled 155m howitzer known in the East Moreland military as the SPH-9.

This tracked howitzer has been in service with the artillery of our homeland since 2005 and has seen service in Safraen, Seaforth and Marseille. The howitzer weighs 22,000kg making it one of the lightest on the market and also making it air portable in a C-130. Its compact design also allows transport easily by truck or train without need for modified transports. The compact design also allows the howitzer to be deployed in urban areas with ease. It's crew of four operate the weapon and are protected by moveable metal shutters. Furthermore the tracked design and light weight give superb off road and all terrain ability.

Furthermore we would like to offer the MBT 1 To fulfil your requirements for a Main Battle Tank. This utilises the same chassis as the howitzer we have offered you so if purchasing both you would see benefits in terms of ordering of replacement parts. The MBT1 is also battle hardened and thanks to regular upgrades provided by SmartWar has state of the art survivability packages. The tank also is the first of its kind to utilise a 360 helmet system  which uses a number of externally mounted cameras to project the 360° view of a tank's surroundings onto the helmet-mounted display of its crew members. This allows the crew members to stay inside the tank, without having to open the hatches to see outside.

We would be delighted to be considered for this contract and more than happy to make a demonstration of the system should you require it.

Graham Jones
CEO Jones Military Equipment.

SPH Cost :- $ 4.5 million
MBT cost:- $4.5million

To The Iwi Ministry of Defence

As you are aware your nation currently operates the Dragonling in limited numbers. We wish to build upon this partnership between our nations as we tender to supply your needs regarding aircraft. We have a number of options per requirement.

1. multi-role aircraft capable of engaging ground targets for close air support

For this tender we would recommend additional units of the Dragonling. We hope you are more than satisfied with its performance and we are confident of the platform being able to fulfil this role. However should you require something with more firepower than we would like to offer for consideration the BabyDragon while used primarily as a lead in trainer in our homeland it is an agile and useful platform capable of carrying out a variety of rules. The Dragonling currently retails at $20million, while the BabyDragon is priced at $40million.

2.  A dedicated strike aircraft.

For this we would recommend any of our multi-role fighters, all of which are capable of strike missions. We feel the Dragonskin would be an excellent fit at $70million. However if you require a pure strike aircraft we could provide Jekars Chariot Strike Bombers at around $300million.

Again should you require a demonstration of any of our products we would be delighted to arrange this.

Sir Alan Mayberry
CEO EMAC.

Abstergo Industries has a proud history of servicing the needs of the Imperial Rokkenjiman Armed Forces, as well as those of allied states. I believe you may find our solutions most fitting to the needs you have specified, and look forward to a potential partnership between us. I have prepared the following options for your consideration:

Sirius-B Main Battle Tank

Demonstrative Footage
The Wine Glass Challenge - Exemplifying Stability
Footage of Sirius-B Live Fire Exercises

The Sirius-B is a next generation main battle tank produced by the Defense Solutions Division for the Imperial Rokkenjiman Army. Sirius-B has been equipped with enhancements in its capabilities to respond to anti-tank warfare, as well as other contingencies. It is operated by a crew of three, with a Rokkenjima Steel Works 120 mm smoothbore cannon (there is an option for longer barrels of 50 and 55 calibers) with automatic loader serving as its main armament, and is capable of travelling at 70 km/h, forward or backward, thanks to its continuously variable transmission. Armour consists of modular sections, allowing for varying degrees of protection depending upon mission profile and weight requirements. In base configuration Sirius-B weighs about 40 tonnes, and 48 tonnes when fully equipped.

The Sirius-B costs $8.4m per unit.

Resolute Class Frigate

The Resolute is a class of multi-purpose frigates originally designed by Ashinxao Heavy Industries prior to their consolidation into the Defense Solutions Division. A workhorse of the Imperial Rokkenjiman Navy, the Resolute Class is capable of being tailored to a variety of mission profiles, while also being available in a more general purpose configuration. The IRN fields Resolutes of all variants (general purpose, anti-submarine, air defence). The final two Resolute Frigates ordered by the IRN were of the general purpose configuration, possessing anti-aircraft, anti-ballistic missile and surface attack capablities. In short, Resolute can be tailored to best fit the types of roles you need fulfilled in your next class of frigates.

The Resolute cost is between $549.1m to $782.8m per vessel, depending upon configuration.

I invite you to contact me with any questions or concerns that you may have. Prices are negotiable to fit your requirements with financing options available through the Investments and Holdings Division should they be sought.

Respectfully;

Alan Rikkin

Umbrella Industries

REVISED BIDS!

To:- The Commonwealth of the Iwi's Ministry of Defence

The Ecclesiastical State is renowned for a number of things; its rich history, its flourishing culture and its highly developed military-industrial complex. One of the military forces in a highly active region of the world, the Ecclesiastical Army of Christ are more than capable of holding their own with a wealth of technologically sophisticated and effectively designed weapons systems at their disposal.

It is with these very reasons that Umbrella Industries, a proud subsidiary of Umbrella Corporation, wishes to offer its services to the noble Commonwealth of Iwi in the pursuit of creating a potent armed forces and a safer homeland for one of the Ecclesiastical State's most cherished friends and allies. We're willing to sit down and discuss directly with you in order to comply with the mentioned requirements:

1. Noticing that the Iwi Air Force currently uses Dragonling, we nonetheless offer our Golden Eagle advanced trainer and light combat Aircraft. This trainer aircraft is powered by one General Electric F404 turbofan with afterburner. The aircraft has a top speed of 1 640 km/h at 9 km altitude, which makes the Golden Eagle one of the fastest trainers in the world. The Three variants include:

- T-50B is an acrobatic version of the original model.

- TA-50 lead-in fighter trainer and light attack aircraft. Normally the TA-50 is used as trainer, although if required it can be used as light attack aircraft. This aircraft is fitted with a 20-mm 3-barrel rotary cannon. It can carry AIM-120 AMRAAM and AIM-9 Sidewinder air-to-air missiles, AGM-65 Maverick air-to-ground missiles, Mk.82 or Mk.83 bombs. It is equipped with a multi-mode fire control radar.

- FA-50 lightweight multi-role fighter. This combat-ready version can also carry weapons similar to those of the TA-50. This aircraft is equipped with one 20 mm General Dynamics A-50 3-barrel rotary cannon. It has 7 hardpoints that can carry a total of 3,740 kg of ordnance. This aircraft is equipped with a multi-mode fire control radar.

T-50: $21 million
TA-50: $25 million
FA-50: $30 million

3. Frigate: Inquisitor-class, $260 million/unit and/or Patron-class, $700 million/unit

Inquisitor-class
Spoiler: show
The Inquisitor class is a perfect example of multi-role frigate. Many other frigates are focused on specific tasks, such as anti-air warfare, or anti-submarine warfare. This frigate was designed to perform multiple roles, such as perform long-range attacks against surface targets and ships, conduct anti-submarine warfare, carry out escort missions and be deployed in a variety of situations that a general frigate class would not be able to fulfill. In some cases such multi-role frigates can even substitute deployment of larger destroyers. This new class of Ecclesiastical frigates incorporate best weapons and sensors that the ES industry can produce. The Inquisitor-class is equipped with a 16-cell Vertical Launch System (VLS) for a mix of Kalibr-NK land attack cruise missiles (range 2 500 km), P-800 Oniks anti-ship missiles (range 300-500 km) and 91RTE2 anti-submarine missiles (missile drops torpedo 50 km away).

There is another 32-cell VLS for medium-range air defense missiles. It uses the same 9M96E and 9M96E2 interceptor missiles as the S-400 land-based air defense system. These missiles are intended to defend against precision attacks and various defense suppression weapons. These missiles are designed for direct impact have a range of 40 and 120 km respectively. The kill probability is 90% against aircraft and 70% against Harpoon anti-ship missile. This vertical launch system can also launch a short-range missile which is a variant of the 9M100. Further anti-submarine/anti-shipping capabilities are provided via two quadrupple 330 mm torpedo launchers for unique Paket-NK torpedoes. These can engage both enemy submarines, as well as incoming torpedoes, thus serving a dual role.

There is a 130 mm A-192M gun. It has a rate of fire of 45 rounds per minute. It can be used to engage surface targets, as well as to bombard land. Last ditch defense is provided by two Palash Close-In Weapon Systems (CIWS), mounted at the rear. These defense systems are fitted with 30 mm rapid-firing Gatling guns and 8 short-range surface-to-air missiles each. Also there are two pedestal-mounted 14.5 mm heavy machine guns. The Inquisitor-class frigates have a hangar and can accommodate a single naval helicopter. The Inquisitor-class frigates has a Combined Diesel and Gas (CODAG) propulsion. Machinery includes two cruise diesel engines, developing a combined output of 10 400 shp and two boost gas turbines, developing a combined output of 55 000 shp. The power is delivered to 2 shafts. Maximum speed is 29.5 knots (55 km/h).

Patron-class
Spoiler: show
This technologically advanced frigate has enhanced stealth features intended to deceive any opponent's radar and acoustic sensors. It also incorporates extensive Electronic Countermeasure (ECM) and decoy system suite, all of which enhance its survivability considerably. There is a Thales SMART-L radar for long-range aerial surveillance. It can detect and track ballistic missiles at a range of up to 480 km. At shorter ranges this radar can reportedly track stealth weapons. The SMART-L is capable of tracking 1 500 targets simultaneously and provides early warning. Mounted round the top of the superstructure are the four antennae of the Thales advanced phased-array air/surface radar. It provides 360° target detection, tracking and engagement. It can track 150+ surface targets to ranges of 32 km and 200+ aerial targets out to 150 km. This radar helps to guide missiles and artillery fire. Up to 32 missiles can be guided in flight simultaneously, including 16 missiles in terminal stage. Such capability is very important while defending against saturated missile attacks. Furthermore the APAR radar has a large Electronic Counter-Countermeasures (ECCM) suite.

The primary surface-to-air missile armament is carried in the Mk.41 32-cell Vertical-Launch System (VLS) forward of the bridge. It carries a mix of Standard SM-2 IIIA missiles (range 150 km) as well as RIM-162 Evolved Sea Sparrow missiles (range 50 km) in designated cells. A total of 24 SM-2 and 32 ESSM missiles (4 per cell) are carrierd. Local defense against air attack is entrusted to two 21-cell Rolling Airframe Missile (RAM) launchers with RIM-116 short-range surface-to-air missiles. These have a range of 10 km and form the third layer of air defense for this frigate. In the unlikely occurrence that something passes through three of these layers of defense, two “last-ditch” Mauser MLG 27-mm autocannons are carried in remotely-controlled weapon stations. These are reasonably effective, since they have a high rate of fire—1 700 rounds per minute! In addition, the OTO Melera 76-mm dual-purpose gun is useful against aircraft and missiles. It is capable of throwing its 6-kilogram shells out to 20 km at around 100 rounds per minute. It has 85 rounds ready-to-fire.

The Patron class carries a typical surface-to-surface armament. Two four-cell Mk. 141 missile launchers for the RGM-84D Harpoon (range of 120 km or more) are located amidships. The Patron class frigates also carry M2HB heavy machine guns and MG3 general purpose machine guns. Furthermore, the two helicopters carried on vessels of this class can use heavy machine guns or Sea Skua anti-ship missiles, range of 25 kilometers. Anti-submarine capability is provided by two helicopters and two triple 324-mm mountings for EUROTORP MU90 lightweight torpedoes (20 km range). For submarine detection it has got an Atlas bow-mounted sonar, as well as towed array sonar. The Patron class can accommodate NFH 90 or Westland Sea Lunx Mk.88A helicopters. The helicopters can be equipped with sonar and torpedoes for the ASW role.

The Patron class uses a Combined Diesel and Gas (CODAG) propulsion system. It uses its two MTU V20 diesel engines, developing a combined output of 20 128 shp, for normal cruising and its single General Electric LM2500 gas turbine, developing 35 514 shp, for high-speed operations. Power is delivered to two shafts. This propulsion system is quite efficient, and the Patron class ships can go from standstill to max speed in only two minutes.

5. SPH 2000

SPH 2000, $4.5 million/unit
Spoiler: show
SPH 2000 self-propelled howitzer is one of the most powerful artillery systems currently deployed. The SPH 2000 is fitted with a 155 mm/L52 howitzer. Vehicle has a fully-automatic loading system with ammunition management system. The SPH  2000 is compatible with standard NATO 155 mm ammunition. Maximum range of fire is 30 km with standard HE-FRAG projectile and 40 km with base bleed projectile. Using a VLAP rocket-assisted projectile a range of 56 km can be achieved, with a probable maximum range of over 60 km. Maximum rate of fire is 9-10 in 56 seconds, and can—depending on barrel heating—fire between 10 and 13 rounds per minute continuously. It is capable of Multiple Round Simultaneous Impact (MRSI) firing up to 5 rounds. A total of 60 rounds are stowed in a magazine. Secondary armament consists of a roof-mounted 7.62 mm machine gun.

The SPH 2000 receives target data via datalink. The gun is automatically laid using the fire control data. Front armor of the PzH 2000 provides protection against 14.5 mm rounds. All-round protection is against small arms fire and artillery shell splinters. Explosive reactive armor can be fitted if necessary. The SPH 2000 is also fitted with automatic fire suppression and NBC protection systems. The PzH 2000 has a crew of five, including commander, gunner, two loaders and driver. Target engagements can be carried out by a crew of two men. Loaders are employed only when autoloader fails. Chassis of the SPH 2000 uses some components of the Kanger-2 main battle tank. Vehicle is powered by the MTU MT881 Ka-500 supercharged diesel engine, developing 1 000 hp. The SPH 2000 is also fitted with auxiliary power unit, powering all systems, when the main engine is turned off. The SPH 2000 is reloaded by two operators. Projectiles are automatically picked up from the back of the vehicle and stowed in the autoloader's magazine. This self-propelled howitzer is replenished in less than 12 minutes.

Price negotiations are also available; Umbrella Industries bids the Iwi to be successful in their endeavors and may any of these proposition benefit the nation and the people in the long run.

Signed

Official Letter From the Naval Headquarters

To King Piripi,

We, the naval forces of Quintelia, would like to purchase four of your frigates and ten of your main battle tanks for target practice and will eventually be turned to artificial reefs. We would offer $150 million for the purchase, however, we can always negotiate the price in case we are underpaying. Even though it is not included in the offer, we also like to offer a semi-confidential project in cooperation with Dalton Motors. It is a drone advancement project for Quintelia, however, we offer to sell aerial strike and surveillance drones once the project is completes. We are looking at around $10 million to $25 million in additional investment for research and development. I hope that you consider this in time.

Yours Truly,

Admiral Dominic Empedrad

Concordia, Integritas, Industria

To:- King Piripi

The Fava family through our 'Fava Organisation' holding company alongside the 'Fava Financials' Bank has been at the forefront of Charity work around Mundus since the rise of our well-being and prosperity; one of our known nonprofit organisations is the 'Veterans Family Fund of Mundus' whose mission states that:

(It) "is dedicated to raising and dispersing funds to help the lives and futures of Veterans and their families when assistance is needed for those unexpected everyday life events that other government programs may not cover. These may include, utility bills, help with rent, a vehicle repair, etc. Whether you are a brand new veteran just leaving active duty or a veteran who has been away from military service for some time, finding employment, receiving health care, getting to rehabilitation appointments, managing those household responsibilities can be overwhelming. The VFFM can be a resource to help offset those expenses and help get you back on your feet and give you more time with your families".

As such, with potential price negotiations, The 'Fava Organisation' alongside the 'Fava Financials' are willing to purchase these military equipment for charity's sake, expecting that a considerable amount of these funds (25% minimum) will go directly to the VFFM, especially affecting the Iwi veterans and their families who're still struggling for instance. The equipment will either be donated to museums and similar institutions, historical renactment organisations or scrapped for valuable resource extraction.

- 88 multirole aircraft for $347,600,000
- 80 strike aircraft for $47,999,920
- 8 frigates for $36,800,000
- 404 tanks for $606,000,000
- 213 howitzers for $288,804,570

(Preliminary) Total: $1,327,204,490

We hope this generous offer sounds appealing enough and looking forward to the reply.

Take Care and God Bless,

The Fava Family

In regards to the recent requests for tenders we have come to the following conclusions

1. A cost effective multi-role aircraft capable of engaging ground targets for close air support. - We shall not be accepting any of the tenders. We do not believe any of those offered give significant close air support capabilities nor are they cost effective.

2. A dedicated strike aircraft. - We believe only one bid was a dedicated strike aircraft, however this was out of our price range.

3. A replacement for the aging Frigates that should be capable of similar performance. No PURCHASE
4. A replacement for the nations main battle tank - We would wish to place an order of 50 East Moreland MBT1

5. A self propelled 155m howitzer. - We wish to place an order for 20 SPH-9 from East Moreland.

Regarding the sales of equipment

1. 100 Multi-Role aircraft suitable for either targets, museum pieces or test platforms. - Having failed to find suitable replacements this will not be sold

2. 80 Strike Aircraft suitable for limited air patrols or advanced training. - Having failed to find suitable replacements this will not be sold.

3. 12 Awa Class Frigates - Four to be sold to Quintelia, rest to be maintained.
4. 414 Main Battle Tanks - 10 to Quintelia,
5. 213 Self Propelled Howitzer - No bids.

We were unable to accept bids from private individuals.

As for the offer from Dalton Motors we are not currently seeing the need for a drone as a high priority on our development needs however we wish it the best of luck.
