Further to previous discussions regarding Revana's navy and consultations with the appropriate people within Achkaerin I enclose with this message a suitable time for the meeting to occur[1] we believe the suitable location for such a meeting would be the city of Artaxia, I will be representing my father and nation in this matter. I look forward to productive discussions.

Kaleb and George walked off the ramp from the jet into the Artaxia Airport Terminal, carrying their bags along behind them. Both were dressed in simple suits, quite unlike the usual fanciness Revanan officials liked to dress in. Both were laughing about something as they looked around for whomever was supposed to pick them up from the airport.

"You would think by now you would know this city like the back of your hand and woudn't need an escort." George told Kaleb.
 
"That's the issue, every time I've been here I've been talking to some dignitary or escort and I wasn't able to pay attention. Get these talks done, then we'll use our little vacation to learn the city." Kaleb said, taking a sip of water, while looking around.

Artaxia may not have been the capital of Achkaerin but it was the capital of the ancient kingdom of Aelmoor, ruled by the Ayanami bloodline and these days the home of several other things as well, more generally it was known as the knowledge capital of Achkaerin being home to the nations oldest and most prestigious university, an institution that boasted many notable alumni. The welcoming committee for the Revanan's was, seeing as this was Artaxia, Lady Rosa Ayanami, the youngest of the three Ayanami children. She stood waiting for the Revanan's, her arms folded and her foot gently tapping the floor of the terminal. All she had to do was pick them up from the airport and take them into the city. Eventually she spotted the two Revanan's and made her way over.

"Good afternoon gentlemen and welcome once again to Achkaerin." Rosa said shaking each of the men's hands "If you'd like to come with me I'm to take you to your meeting."

George shook Rosa's hand, leaning down and giving it a quick kiss.

"It's an honor to be here, Lady Rosa, and an honor to meet you." He said with a stupid grin as Kaleb also shook her hand.

"Thanks for having us, Lady Ayanami." Kaleb said following her as he looked to George when she wasn't looking, giving him a look of "Dude, Seriously?" George just shrugged back at him and they had a quiet chuckle between each other.

Rosa led the way out of the airport and to a car, well more specifically her car, the journey wasn't that long just a short hop from the airport to the Artaxia Retreat, a residence of the Achkaerinese Royals usually used when they needed some privacy. Rosa parked the car and led the two Revanan's inside and to the lounge where the discussions would take place, waiting for them was Prince Simon Azurewind. He'd spent a good few days in advance of this playing catch up on the previous talks in this regard and then he'd sat down with the appropriate people to determine what could be done, sat with him was another man and a woman.

With Rosa excusing herself, her job done, Simon smiled

"Lord High Admiral, Kaleb" Simon said "I trust we'll be able to conclude the talks about this that were previously held. May I introduce you to Edward McKinlay the CEO of McKinlay Naval Solutions."

"Gentlemen." Edward said shaking their hands

"And you may already know Catriona Rowan" Simon said indicating the woman.

"Hi." Catriona said also now shaking hands

"They've spent a great deal of time working out a proposal which I'm sure they'll put to you when the chance presents itself." Simon said "So shall we begin?"

Kaleb had heard of Edward, and definitely knew of Catriona. He quickly shook each of their hands followed by George. George shook Simon's hand as well. "Call me George, sir." He said with a smile before taking a seat next to Kaleb.

"Yes let's begin, Simon. I'm eager to hear what they've come up with." Kaleb said, pulling out a stack of papers with the details of the navy, both unclassified and classified.

"We'll be blunt." Edward said "After the last discussion that was had concerning Revana's navy we took a look at your information and well..."

"It's like a rusty battleaxe, it's big, it's unwieldy, it's dulled and I imagine costing you quite a bit." Catriona said "Truth be told if numbers determined effectiveness then the world would be a far different place than it actually is."

"Thank you Catriona." Edward said with a wry smile "She's right, your navy is in need of a little bit of work. So with this problem in mind we put our heads together and drew up the following as a proposal." he put a piece of paper on the table

"We believe that the HMS Sovereign which is presently in service with the Revanan Navy is comparable to many carriers across Mundus so it is the ideal cornerstone of your fleet. Equally the remainder of your fleet is solid, just bear in mind that you may need to look at those cruisers and consider doing something about them. Our proposal is to supplement your existing ships with a few others particularly in the frigate department but we do offer some support vessels." Edward said

"We'd be wanting to construct the vessels in your facilities as much as possible." Catriona said "This also means that we can show your people how these ships go together and how they work. So what do you think?"
