To: Arnaud Mohamed Zar Foulsta,I wish to inform you that it is policy of the Government of the Heavenly Sovereign that military aircraft are not to be sold to civilians, whether foreign or domestic. This is for multiple reasons, including the systems carried aboard and the flight dynamics of the aircraft in general. While it is regrettable that we are unable to do business, understand that we simply cannot, in good faith, consider making this sale. We would need assurances of your intentions before we could even consider it.
