We would be interested in fulfilling this contract. The exact nature of the arrangement you are proposing however would need to be discussed further. With this in mind we must point out the major construction of parts such as airframe, engine, sensors etc will need to take part in East Moreland due to the nature of transporting sections. However we see no reason why a facility making items such as the fixtures and fitting such as panelling, some non-sensitive display systems and other such parts could not be established, preferably as close to East Moreland as possible to reduce transport costs and make the supply line more sustainable.

Should this be acceptable we can begin construction with the usual set up of a 25% up front payment and then the remaining payments on completion of each aircraft. We are open to discussion on these arrangements.
