-900: Sipk people enter and settle the territory, mostly on the mountains and the Haalts (fertile plains).

-100 to 650: Sipks start to trade with merchants passing by.

900: Vikings discover the territory.

970: A wave of christianized vikings arrive on the Camsten Peninsula and settle in.

972: Lotgen is founded by Sonn Eric. This city works as capital.

981: Treaty of Lotgen; after the evangelization of the homeland of the newcomers, the people of Haalgland accept rejoining with their old country of origin. Sonn Eric serves as governor until 995.

1037: Wemills is founded first as a fort for defense against natives, after years it is formed a city.

1066: Some minor tribes in the central areas are absorbed by the colony by diplomacy and live with relative peace until they adopt the new culture and religion, then start being considered as Haalglanders. This process is performed the entire colonial age. However, some tribes such as the Sipks, resist the integration and remain cautious.

1094: Ralduwe is founded. (Now Raldewe).

1162: Londmoon is founded.

1230: Adventurous colonizers searching fortune enter the less-populated southern territories, facing challenges as the  lush Emjeds Forest.

1244: Emjeds is founded.

1278: Explorers' first attempt to enter the inner regions that were terra incognita by the time. The expedition ends in a tragedy, with most of the adeventurers disappearing due to low organization.

1300: After a first frustrated attempt, a new expedition is successful at their quest, finding riches in the heart of the territory.

1378: Haalgland achieves independence as a Kingdom (Great Duchy) by the leadership of Henryk Malgorn "The Severe".

1388: The Kingdom starts integrating the Sipks into the nation by force.

1425: King Larstend I modernizes the army and the navy.

1509: War with Kaalede because of border conflicts at the north.

1522: After years of fighting interrupted by truce periods lasting some years, Haalgland gets minor claims such as the White Islands.

1540: Protestantism enters the country.

1540 to 1590: Religious conflicts between catholics and protestants. The south and east remain loyal with catholicism while north and center areas side with the reform. The Camsten peninsula remains disputed through this period.

1569: Being unable to control the looming disaster in the Grand Duchy and resisting to convert, King Pavel III commits suicide. This fatal decision makes the Prince Karln to become king overnight.

1590: King Karln, being a protestant, therefore having the support of most of the nobles and the new church in past years, stabilizes the government and finishes this creating a decree in which the catholics and orthodoxes gain freedom of cult. This action ended the conflicts.

1600 to 1700: Due to longlasting stability and economic and population growth in overall territory, the seventeenth century was known for a outstanding flourishment in culture, science and arts for Haalgland.

1766 to 1778: Period known as the "dark years" by a streak of mediocre harvests and harsh weather.

1802: After a great effort made by intellectual movements lobbying for the redaction of a constitution, this pressures enough King Haakon IV for letting this happen.

1803: First Haalglandian Constitution. The Upper and Lower houses are formed. The Upper House elects democratically Pavel Happsted as Prime Minister.

1827: Industrial Revolution starts nationwide.

1844: Lotgen-Raldewe becomes the first railroad line on the country.

1881: Tuberculosis epidemic. The death toll is about 125.000.

1944: Haalglandian Civil War.  This event developed after Simon Vegte, a general with heavy discrepancies against the liberal-centrist-socialist coalition government, unified militarists, nationalists, conservatives and fascists under the KTH, a right wing radical political party. Within a period of three months were enough for the KTH to uprise into a rebellion against the government and groups as anarchists, communists and Sipk autonomist movements.

1946:Civil War ends with the government and allies winning over the KTH after two years of fighting. This group dissolves and public elections are held. The estimated amount of victims is about 115300.
