I'm going to ask the very simple question that I am required to ask - I am correct in assuming based on the fact that these two claims total four that they are under your primary nation claim and that this would effectively fall into the same category as UC/Scordisci/Cantabria?

 in which case this is an expansion of existing claim with the same understanding as is the case in the UC example. If this isn't under primary nation that then is in violation of the RP rules.

A few weeks ago myself as Cartographer and Dave as RP Mod agreed that if Rhodes didn't return to active RP by 01/01/2020 then Seaforth would at the first update of the new year be made an NPC nation - this has now happened as can be seen from Seaforth's new shiny gold lettering.

In terms of Rhodes's secondary nation of Slava Lavosk it is remaining on the map for now due to some RP loose ends that have threads in progress tying them up, once these are concluded Slava Lavosk will be removed.

In the next map update I'd request that Rokkenjima be restructured as follows:

G-65, G-51 and G-50 shall be the Rokkenjima we all presently know.
G-63 G-64 , and G-37 shall be the "First Republic of Rokkenjima" which will result from the present Referendum. This will be an NPC nation allowing for a potential re-unification in the future.

P-92, P-90 and P-54 will be added to Clysperis but will be presently under the control of Ramose. This will figure heavily into the present civil war, with eventual re-unification of the entirety of the Kingdom of Clysperis.

This will mark a transition as Clysperis for my main nation, and Rokkenjima as my secondary nation.

1) any approval for an NPC republic requires Dave’s approval as RP Mod.

2) increasing the size of Clysperis while the civil war is in progress is something that should be avoided and any increase in size should occur until after it is concluded.
