MARISISM
The largest religion in the Empire is Marisism. It has a pantheon of Gods, many associated with the sea. Maris is the chief diety. The faithful believe In the beginning, there was only chaos and darkness. But from the void emerged Maris, the mighty God of the Oceans. With a mighty roar, he stirred the waters of the great abyss and brought forth light and life. From the depths of the sea, he created the first creatures of the world, and from the waves he formed the lands and the sky.
As the guardian and ruler of the oceans, Maris was all-powerful and all-knowing. He could control the tides and the winds, and could calm or stir the waters as he saw fit. His voice was like the roar of the sea, and his wrath was like a storm. But Maris was also a kind and benevolent deity, and he loved all the creatures of the sea. He watched over them and protected them, and he provided for those who lived and worked on or near the sea.
And so Maris became the most powerful and respected God in the pantheon, revered by all who lived and worked on or near the sea. His power and majesty were unmatched, and all who lived on the earth owed their existence to him. And so it has been from that time until now, as Maris remains the mighty God of the Oceans, ruling over the sea and all who dwell within this world. He is often shown having a human upper half and an octopus as a bottom half.
Oceana was a beautiful and powerful goddess, revered by all who knew her. She was the wife of Maris She was the mighty goddess of the skies, and the mother of the other gods in the pantheon. Oceana was known for her wisdom and her kindness, and was loved by all who knew her. She was also a skilled healer and a wise counsellor, and was often sought out for her advice and her healing touch.
As the goddess of life and fertility, Oceana was deeply connected to the natural world and had the power to bring new life into being. She was also able to communicate with the spirits of the earth and the sky, and was able to call upon their power in times of need. From his parents, Nocturnus inherited great strength and wisdom, and was known for his cunning and his stealth.
As the god of the night, Nocturnus had a deep connection to the darkness and was able to control the shadows and the dreams of mortals. He was also able to communicate with the spirits of the night and was able to call upon their power in times of need. Sylvana is the Goddess of the Trees and plants. She is the daughter of Maris and Oceana. She has the power to control all plantlife on Mundus. Sylvana is able to touch a sick or injured plant and restore it to health with a gentle touch of her hand. She is able to sense when a plant is in need of help, and is able to use her divine powers to heal it.Sylvana is able to control the growth and the health of all plants. She is able to make a plant grow faster or slower, and is able to control its size and shape. She is also able to make a plant bear fruit or flowers, or to wither and die, depending on her will. She is is able to communicate with the spirits of the earth and the plants, and is able to call upon them for help or guidance. She is able to sense when the spirits are happy or unhappy, and is able to use her powers to bring them joy or peace.
Kael is the God of War. He is the son of Sylvana and Nocturnus and twin sister of Nyla. Kael was a powerful and majestic god, with a strong and muscular build and piercing green eyes. He had long, flowing black hair, which he wore loose and wild, and he was often seen wearing armor of gold and silver, with a sword at his side. Kael was a god of war, with the strength and the courage of a warrior, and he was revered by all who loved battle.

He joined the celestial plane, and became the gatekeeper of heaven, where he guarded the gates and welcomed the souls of the righteous. And as the gatekeeper of heaven, Asher became one of the most powerful and respected gods in the celestial plane, and he continued to protect the innocent and the weak, even in death.
Luna is the daughter of a mortal man and Sylvana. She was beautifl with long, flowing silver hair that shone like the moon's rays. She had delicate features, with a small, upturned nose, full pink lips, and high cheekbones that gave her an ethereal quality. Luna's skin was pale and flawless, like fine porcelain, and her eyes were a bright, piercing blue. Despite her delicate appearance, Luna was tall and slender, with a lithe and agile body that belied her strength and power. She moved with the grace of a dancer, and her every gesture was full of poise and elegance. Luna was always impeccably dressed, with flowing garments that shimmered and shone like the stars.
She had the power to cure all illness and injures with a kiss and humans considered her kind and compassionate. When conflicts broke out she would journey to the place and save as many people as she could if she believed they were deserving of a second chance One day, she was betrayed by a fellow god, who coveted her powers and popularity with humanity as result they sought to destroy her. Luna fought bravely against the traitorous god aided by a group of human soldiers, but they were no match for his strength and his cunning.
As Luna lay dying, she was visited by Maris. The god told Luna that she could join him in the celestial plane, and become a powerful and respected goddess in her own right. Or she could stay on Mundus and continue her work.
Luna knew that she could not turn down the offer, and she accepted the god's offer. But before she joined the celestial plane, Luna made a deal with the great god. They haggled and agreed that she would trade her eyesight for a special gift that would allow her to protect the innocent and the weak, even in death. The great god gave her the power to see into the hearts and minds of all creatures. With this new power, Luna joined the celestial plane, and became the gatekeeper of hell, where she guarded the gates and kept the souls of the wicked locked away. It is believed that when we die we all are taken to hell and Luna uses her power to prevent the innocent from entering the gates.
