But we realize about the increasing standing presence of your nation, not just regionally, and my administration believe it could be a constructive meeting. From a historical point of view, of course, it may be seen as a strange choice, but it is my belief that our nations have a lot of to win for increasing cooperation".
"For a start", he continued, "we would be interested to improve trade and commercial relations between our nations. So I'd be interested to listen to your opinion on this, and which kind of legal instruments we could agree to achieve this aim".
